    Coffee subscription order issue

    So I tried to sign up for a coffee subscription online, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The website couldn't process my payment with HSBC, so I had to keep bugging the company since they weren't answering my emails or calls like they said they would. In the end, I had to cancel my order because of their lack of communication and professionalism. And it didn't stop there - they also made unauthorized charges to my account, showing just how incompetent they really are and how little they care about customer privacy. I asked multiple times for them to remove my bank info, but no luck. All in all, their customer service was just terrible and left a lot to be desired.

    Disappointed long-time customer

    After 24 long years of loyalty, we've finally had enough, eh! I used to live in Italy, and Illy was my go-to for bringing a piece of Italy home with me, you know? From their machines to their coffee pods, I've tried it all. But in the last year, the quality has seriously gone downhill, eh. Multiple malfunctioning pods and missing canisters have been the last straw, you know? And when we reached out for help, we got radio silence, eh. It's time to say arrivederci to Illy and hello to Lavazza, eh.

    You know, so I have this coffee subscription thing, right? And I decided to put it on hold for a bit because I had too much coffee or something. But then when I tried to cancel it, I couldn't figure out how on the website. Like, why make it so difficult to cancel, you know? So, I sent them an email asking to cancel it for me. They did cancel it, but not before charging me again and sending me more coffee! I specifically told them I didn't want any more coffee deliveries. And then they were really rude in the email they sent me. Plus, they straight up ignored all my follow-up emails. It's just not cool to take people's money without their okay and then ignore them. Ugh!

    I just bought a coffeemaker but it arrived defective and doesn't make coffee at all. I'm disappointed with the whole situation, especially because the customer service wasn't that great. I asked for a prepaid label to send it back, but I never got it, which just made things even more frustrating. So now I don't have a coffeemaker and I have to deal with returns and being on hold.

    Anniversary edition machine repair

    My anniversary edition machine stopped working in July and I was so let down. It was really expensive and after loads of emails and phone calls, they finally agreed to pick it up for repairs in early December. But since then, I haven't heard a peep from them. No confirmation that they even got it and they're ignoring my emails. Their coffee is top-notch, but the machine and their customer service have been a big letdown. I'd tell anyone considering buying from them to give it a second thought, because my experience has been super frustrating and disappointing.

    Subscription delivery issues

    Despite the convenience that was promised, I had a terrible experience with their subscription service. Every month, my deliveries ended up at the wrong address, causing a lot of frustration and wasted time trying to fix it. The staff kept making mistakes with my address, so DPD would either get lost or leave the package at the wrong house. Their customer service was terrible, with emails being ignored and phone calls met with indifference. Although the coffee itself was okay, the whole experience wasn't worth the trouble. That's why I decided to get a proper espresso machine and buy my coffee beans from a local store instead.

    Pram not allowed entry

    I went to this cafe the other day and man alive, was I ever let down! They wouldn't let me in just because I had a stroller with me. And get this - there was plenty of room inside! The staff and manager were so rude about it, they made it crystal clear that my pram was a no-go. Felt like they were totally against moms and babies darkening their doorstep, can you believe it? Major bummer.

    The coffee was amazing, I really loved the rich flavour and smoothness of every cup. But man, the customer service was brutal. I ordered some coffee and had to bug them a ton because of delays and no communication. After waiting forever, they just randomly cancelled my order without even telling me why. Let me tell you, I'm so disappointed and ticked off about this whole situation.

    I ordered a coffee machine and capsules and was really looking forward to getting them. But you know what? They never showed up! I waited for 4 days and still nothing. So I reached out to customer service and they told me my order got cancelled because of some issue with my Mastercard payment. But I use that card at other stores all the time without any problems! Why you gotta do me like that, store?
