My chatbot purchase
I was really disappointed with the chatbot I bought. The service was just awful - I couldn't log in for most of the month and when I needed help, there was no customer support to be found. And on top of that, the pricing was really misleading. It was supposed to be one price but ended up costing me way more.

Shoes order delay
I ordered two pairs of shoes on December 22, 2021, and I gotta say, I am so disappointed in the service I've been getting from this company. I've sent a bunch of emails asking about my order, but I haven't heard anything back. It's really frustrating not knowing what's going on. I feel like they're not being upfront or communicating properly. It's just not cool. They hook you in with nice stuff and good prices, but then they drop the ball on actually following through.

So, I got this eyeshadow palette from a company, and let me tell you, it's just amazing. The colors are super pigmented and blend so easily on your eyes. The website was a pain to use, I had trouble finding my way around and it was all glitchy. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times but they couldn't fix the issues. Then they went ahead and cancelled my order, telling me to make a new one but at full price, not the discount I originally got. It was so annoying and such a waste of my time.

Klook has been a huge help for me because I don't speak the local language. I was able to book a room at a really popular hotel that I couldn't find anywhere else, and I also got train tickets and other activities super easily. The website is really easy to use and has lots of choices for travelers. I totally recommend using Klook for any travel stuff you need.

Silk blouse and tailored pants
I am super impressed with the silk blouse and tailored pants I got from here. The fabric is top-notch and the tailoring is so well done. They fit me perfectly and the style is classic, so I know I can wear them for a long time. The customer service was also really great, the staff helped me out a lot. Yeah, the prices are a bit high, but honestly, the quality is worth it. Ordering was easy and the delivery was quick. I'm really happy with my shopping trip here and for sure will be back to shop again.

Boots
I recently bought a pair of boots from this store and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The boots ended up being too small for me, so when I tried to return them by mail, they told me I had to pay an $11 fee. I thought that was inconvenient and expensive. Even though I got a great deal on the boots at 40% off, I didn't get a full refund. It seems like a risky policy for customers, especially if you end up spending more on fees than the actual item. In my opinion, this store is better for shopping in person and getting refunds that way, rather than online purchases.

Espresso machine purchase
My recent purchase of an espresso machine didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. I was so excited to surprise my husband on his birthday by giving him an illy espresso machine. I woke him up early to see his reaction, but our excitement quickly turned to disappointment when we realized the coffee pods were missing. It was a real bummer and totally ruined the surprise. I reached out to customer service, and they were apologetic and said they would send us the missing pods right away. While I appreciate their quick fix, it shouldn't have happened in the first place. As a loyal customer, I expect better attention to detail and quality control.
