Issue with Customer Service Response Time
I had a major problem with customer service recently. It took forever to get it sorted out, which messed up how my business was running.
My chatbot purchase
I was really disappointed with the chatbot I bought. The service was just awful - I couldn't log in for most of the month and when I needed help, there was no customer support to be found. And on top of that, the pricing was really misleading. It was supposed to be one price but ended up costing me way more.
Slow customer support response
Our team has been waiting for 8 days for a response to our support ticket. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness from the support team is frustrating and unacceptable. We rely on prompt assistance to address any issues that arise, and the delay in resolving our concerns is hindering our operations.
Chatbot automation tool purchase
I just picked up a chatbot automation tool and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with what it can do. It gives me loads of choices to create a chatbot that fits my needs, especially when it comes to automating responses. The visual flow builder is really handy because it makes designing the chatbot super easy. And having pre-made templates that I can just tweak and reuse has saved me a ton of time and work.
Super helpful system for saving time
This system is really great because it saves me a bunch of time. I can program messages and tasks that match what I need, so I can handle a bunch of stuff all at once while the bot does its thing. It also helps me sort through info and find the right folks I need to connect with. The performance is spot on for me and the instructions are clear and simple. I'm really thankful for how this system has helped my little business run smoothly like a big shot.
Potential, Confusing Layout
I first got interested in ManyChat because I heard it could help make talking to customers easier using chatbots. I like the concept and think it could really improve how we interact with customers. But I've had some trouble navigating the layout - it's not very user-friendly. One problem I ran into was the "talk to a human" option in my chats, which no one ever seems to respond to, causing me to miss out on some potential leads. I think this might be a default setting issue that needs fixing. I hope ManyChat can work on these issues and make their platform more user-friendly as it evolves.
Chatbot tool
The tool seemed like it would be good, but it turned out to be a big letdown. I watched all the tutorials, but simple automations wouldn't work. I tried to ask for help from customer service, but haven't heard back yet. Can't even reach them through chat (so annoying). Not shocked, based on other reviews. Will give a better rating if they fix these problems.
Disabled pro features after payment issue
I was really let down by the service I got from ManyChat. I had this ongoing problem with my subscription payment that ended up turning off the pro features on both of my stores for a bit. And even when we sorted out the payment hiccup, I was surprised to see that I had to go back in and manually switch on all my keywords and flows. It's pretty frustrating that they don't automatically reactivate the pro features and it definitely didn't make for a great user experience.
Difficult app, denied account deletion, GDPR breach
This app is just terrible to try and use. It's so confusing, and I spent forever trying to figure out how to do basic things. And on top of that, when I asked them to delete my account because I'm worried about privacy, they said no - that's breaking the rules. I'm really disappointed by the unfriendly layout and how they don't care about protecting my data.
Software functionality
The software idea is good, but the actual performance is lacking. I've run into a lot of problems like things breaking after updates, parts of the process not functioning without warning, and customer service that doesn't really help. I've been dealing with one particular issue for two weeks now and it doesn't look like it's going to be fixed anytime soon.
PRO user experience
As a PRO user, I gotta say my experience with the platform has been pretty disappointing, eh. There's been lots of issues like the lack of chat support, consistent problems with the site, frequent server errors, and even my flows getting deleted. It's been tough for me to make good use of the platform and it's been messing with my productivity, eh. Overall, I'd say my time with the platform has been frustrating and not up to par, eh.
Subscription billing issue
I had a problem with my subscription billing recently. I was charged even after I cancelled it. It was so frustrating because I did everything they said to do, but I still got charged. I really hope they make their cancellation process better so this doesn't happen again.
User-friendly Messenger bot platform
ManyChat is amazing if you want to make Messenger bots. They really make sure to follow Facebook rules, and that’s a big deal with all the changes happening. The support in the ManyChat Community Facebook group is great - people are always there to help fix any problems. My clients all need this tool now, and I think you should check it out if you want to make talking to customers easier.
AI chatbot service
Don't bother with ManyChat's AI chatbot service, it's a total mess. They sneak in extra charges without telling you why. If you want honesty and fair prices, look elsewhere.
Unauthorized Billing Issue
I'm really disappointed with the service I got from this company. I bought something and then I saw some charges on my account that I didn't authorize. I tried a bunch of times to cancel the subscription, but it didn't work. The customer service is no good, and the help section doesn't help at all. I'm just really frustrated and unhappy with the whole thing.
Very limited calculator
The calculator is not good, eh. It can only do simple math and keeps messing up. It's supposed to ask for three numbers to calculate, but it skips to the end after just one. No help is available, so it's super annoying to use. Don't waste your time on this, eh.
Subscription Charges Issue
Be careful about random charges on your account, eh! I've been a loyal customer for more than 5 years, but I just found a sneaky new pro subscription on my Facebook page that I never approved or got any notice about. It's been more than 6 months now and ManyChat won't give me a refund, eh. So be cautious and watch your account closely, eh!
Refunded after 4 hours
I was so happy with how fast and easy it was to get my money back when I cancelled on the first day of signing up. It went really smoothly and made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks for the quick help!
