In my last order, I noticed that the sizes were all over the place. One of the tops fit like a glove, but the other one was way too big. Dealing with returns all the way to Latvia from Canada was a pain and cost me a lot of time and money. On top of that, it looks like my return might have gotten lost during shipping, making me even more frustrated. Because of all these problems, I'm not sure if I want to buy anything from this store again.

Our team has been waiting for 8 days for a response to our support ticket. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness from the support team is frustrating and unacceptable. We rely on prompt assistance to address any issues that arise, and the delay in resolving our concerns is hindering our operations.

I had a lot of trouble getting through to customer service on the phone. Every time I called, I kept getting a busy signal, which was really annoying and took up a lot of my time. So, I ended up sending them an email with my question, but I never heard back from them. This lack of communication made it really hard for me to get the help I needed.
