no withdrawal fee or commission
I really like how this company is so open and transparent. Not having any withdrawal fees or commissions is a big plus for me. It just shows that they really care about building trust and being honest in their business. I would give this company a perfect 100% rating for their great service and trustworthy approach.
Phone communication issues
I had a lot of trouble getting through to customer service on the phone. Every time I called, I kept getting a busy signal, which was really annoying and took up a lot of my time. So, I ended up sending them an email with my question, but I never heard back from them. This lack of communication made it really hard for me to get the help I needed.
Ordered the wrong thing
I tried to return the item, but it took forever for them to send me the return label. They kept saying they would, but they never did. Not cool, eh!
