CommunicationI had a lot of trouble getting through to customer service on the phone. Every time I called, I kept getting a busy signal, which was really annoying and took up a lot of my time. So, I ended up sending them an email with my question, but I never heard back from them. This lack of communication made it really hard for me to get the help I needed.
