Cool clothes but subpar service
The clothes on this website are really cool and up to date, but man, let me tell you about the customer service. I had some problems with my order and trying to contact them was a total nightmare. They took so long to get back to me and when they finally did, they didn't even help me out. It was so frustrating trying to sort out my issue.

Recent makeup purchase
I just bought some makeup from Urban Decay Canada and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good the products are. The eyeshadows are so pigmented and last a long time, the lipsticks are really smooth and have such nice colors, and the foundation gives great coverage without feeling like your face is weighed down. And I love that there's lots of different shades to choose from, so it works for all different skin tones.

Recent shoe purchase
So, I bought a pair of shoes from this store the other day, and man, it was a total letdown. The quality was straight up terrible - my feet were hurting after just one day of wear. Not cool, especially for what I paid. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were pretty useless and didn't really care. They told me to send an email with all my complaints, but surprise, surprise, never got a response. It's a shame that they don't seem to care about their customers, it doesn't make the brand look good at all.

I really love my new dress I got here! It's super comfy and flexible, great for being active or just relaxing at home. The colors are so vibrant and fun, it makes me feel like a boss babe every time I put it on. Excited to snag more dresses from here!

I've sent a bunch of messages, but nobody's gotten back to me! I emailed and even slid into their DMs on Instagram, but still no bag or tracking info! If my bag doesn't show up soon, I might have to ask Visa for a refund. Really disappointed!

Shirt and tie purchase
The manager over at Mr. Big & Tall in Coquitlam is just amazing! I had an awesome time swapping out some stuff at the store, and it's all thanks to Robert Reed, the Manager. As soon as I walked in, I could tell he really cared about giving top-notch customer service. He listened to what I needed, gave me some great advice, and made shopping super easy. Robert knew the store's inventory inside and out, and he found exactly what I wanted, even when I was having trouble. His sales skills were on point, and I ended up buying some nice ties and a dress shirt that my Wife had her eye on. Robert was patient, helpful, and just a joy to work with. He even took the time to measure me for a suit, making sure it fit perfectly. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism and how much he cares for his customers. The store Manager at Mr. Big & Tall in Coquitlam is a real asset to the company, and I really hope the management team sees that and gives him the recognition he deserves.

Whole house water system purchase
I recently bought a whole house water system and at first, everything was great. But then I noticed the water was cloudy and the filter had black stuff in it. I got worried about the water quality, so I called customer service for help. Sadly, they took a long time to get back to me and when they did, they asked for pictures of the problem. I sent the pictures right away, but I never heard back. When I followed up, I got a confusing email that didn't help at all. I'm really frustrated with the lack of support from the customer service team. It's disappointing to have such a bad experience, especially when the product has a 5-year warranty. I wouldn't recommend buying this water system based on my experience with the customer service.

Disappointing first box
Huge error trying out this box. The first one was disappointing - the stuff inside wasn't even worth what I paid. They said I'd get to chat with a 'stylist,' but it never happened. And if you want to exchange something, they charge you extra, even if they're the ones ripping you off.

Home security system
I had such a terrible experience dealing with customer service while trying to reset the password for my home security system. I called them three times, sent an email, and even used their chat feature, but all they did was give me a suspicious link that didn't work at all! They suggested I use an old computer to reset my password, but really, who even has an old computer lying around these days? Now I'm stuck with a security system that I can't even access, and I have to worry about previous homeowners spying on me. I reported them to the BBB so others don't get scammed like I did.

I had a problem with my subscription billing recently. I was charged even after I cancelled it. It was so frustrating because I did everything they said to do, but I still got charged. I really hope they make their cancellation process better so this doesn't happen again.

Poor after-sales support
I was pretty disappointed with my recent purchase from this site. I tried to cancel my order shortly after placing it due to a change in plans, but I didn't hear back from their support center or forum. The next day, I got an email with a tracking number saying my order had already been shipped, even though I never got a confirmation. After waiting for a week, I got another email saying they couldn't cancel it because it was already on its way. This whole situation was super frustrating and made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer.

Beard grooming kit
The stuff I got in my beard grooming kit was great, eh. The beard wash made my beard feel all clean and refreshed, and the beard balm and serum helped control my wild facial hair, making it feel all soft and healthy. I liked that they used natural ingredients, 'cause I like to stay away from harsh chemicals when I'm grooming. All in all, I was really impressed with the quality and how well the Scotch Porter products worked.

Refund ticket experience
My recent experience with the refund ticket process was pretty good overall. The customer service person I dealt with was really nice, polite, and helpful the whole time. But there are a couple of things that could be better to make things smoother for customers in the future. First of all, it took longer than I thought it would to get my refund processed. It actually took almost a whole month from when I asked for it to when I got the money back for the service. That was kind of annoying because I was hoping for a faster solution to the problem. Also, there were times when I didn't get emails letting me know about updates on my ticket. Not getting those emails meant I had to keep checking the ticket page all the time to see what was happening, and that was a pain. Finally, I had an issue where I asked for a refund for a server I bought by mistake on the same day. Even though I told them right away, I still got charged for 11 days because it took a week to get a response from the support team on what to do.

Blender replacement within warranty
The service I got from this company was amazing, eh. So, my blender started acting funny not long after I got it, and I figured I should call customer service for some help. The person I chatted with was super nice and asked me to shoot a video of the problem. They took a look and right away sent me a new blender since it was still under warranty. Great experience!
