Recent makeup purchase
I just bought some makeup from Urban Decay Canada and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good the products are. The eyeshadows are so pigmented and last a long time, the lipsticks are really smooth and have such nice colors, and the foundation gives great coverage without feeling like your face is weighed down. And I love that there's lots of different shades to choose from, so it works for all different skin tones.

Recent shoe purchase
So, I bought a pair of shoes from this store the other day, and man, it was a total letdown. The quality was straight up terrible - my feet were hurting after just one day of wear. Not cool, especially for what I paid. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were pretty useless and didn't really care. They told me to send an email with all my complaints, but surprise, surprise, never got a response. It's a shame that they don't seem to care about their customers, it doesn't make the brand look good at all.

As a person from Brazil planning to spend some of my vacation in NYC, I really wanted to see a basketball game at Barclays Center. Shirt and tie purchase
The manager over at Mr. Big & Tall in Coquitlam is just amazing! I had an awesome time swapping out some stuff at the store, and it's all thanks to Robert Reed, the Manager. As soon as I walked in, I could tell he really cared about giving top-notch customer service. He listened to what I needed, gave me some great advice, and made shopping super easy. Robert knew the store's inventory inside and out, and he found exactly what I wanted, even when I was having trouble. His sales skills were on point, and I ended up buying some nice ties and a dress shirt that my Wife had her eye on. Robert was patient, helpful, and just a joy to work with. He even took the time to measure me for a suit, making sure it fit perfectly. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism and how much he cares for his customers. The store Manager at Mr. Big & Tall in Coquitlam is a real asset to the company, and I really hope the management team sees that and gives him the recognition he deserves.

I recently bought some cards on this website and I gotta say, I was super impressed right from the beginning. The site was so easy to navigate and they had a ton of cards to choose from, which made my shopping experience a breeze. Plus, the way they organized the cards on the site made it simple for me to find exactly what I wanted. When my order showed up, I was really happy to see that the cards were top-notch quality, making me excited to send them out to my friends and family. Single Ear Tunnels
So I recently bought some ear tunnels from this place, and I was kind of shocked to see they were only selling them one at a time, not in pairs like most other shops. It was a bit annoying because I had to pay for shipping twice just to get a matching set. Honestly, it wasn't the greatest experience.

Minecraft Modding Course
I really enjoyed taking the Minecraft Modding course on this website. The lessons were really easy to follow and made coding a lot of fun! I learned how to make awesome mods for my favorite game and even impressed my friends with my coding skills. The instructors were super helpful and always answered my questions quickly. I'm really excited to try more courses on this site!

Refund ticket experience
My recent experience with the refund ticket process was pretty good overall. The customer service person I dealt with was really nice, polite, and helpful the whole time. But there are a couple of things that could be better to make things smoother for customers in the future. First of all, it took longer than I thought it would to get my refund processed. It actually took almost a whole month from when I asked for it to when I got the money back for the service. That was kind of annoying because I was hoping for a faster solution to the problem. Also, there were times when I didn't get emails letting me know about updates on my ticket. Not getting those emails meant I had to keep checking the ticket page all the time to see what was happening, and that was a pain. Finally, I had an issue where I asked for a refund for a server I bought by mistake on the same day. Even though I told them right away, I still got charged for 11 days because it took a week to get a response from the support team on what to do.

Blender replacement within warranty
The service I got from this company was amazing, eh. So, my blender started acting funny not long after I got it, and I figured I should call customer service for some help. The person I chatted with was super nice and asked me to shoot a video of the problem. They took a look and right away sent me a new blender since it was still under warranty. Great experience!
