Filtration system trouble
I've been using this filtration system for a long time now, but it started leaking last week. I gave them a call and they told me I needed a whole new system. I've been a loyal customer for ages, why couldn't they just send me all the necessary stuff the first time, eh?
Water filter disaster
After waiting forever for that replacement part, my handyman finally got the water filter installed today. But guess what? The dang hose popped off not long after and flooded my whole kitchen and basement. What a disaster! Do not waste your money on this useless product, trust me.
Filter cartridges not living up to expectations
I thought I was making a good choice by buying these filter cartridges, but after using them a few times, the water flow went way down. That's not okay and now I'm wondering if it's even worth it to keep buying these cartridges.
UV system with replacement quartz sleeve and polishing filters.
I picked up a UV system from this store and it worked great in the beginning. However, after about a year, I needed a new quartz sleeve for it, and guess what? Turns out they don't even sell them online. On top of that, the new filters I ordered ended up being way bigger than the old ones. Now I have to find a new supplier for filters and probably switch out the whole UV system. And don't even get me started on their constant sale emails - they are seriously annoying.
Rhino system purchase inquiry
I recently contacted someone to ask about the Rhino system and I wanted to get more details than what was on the website. Unfortunately, I spoke to two people who gave me different information, avoided answering my questions, and argued with me when I pointed out the inconsistencies. They were really rude and dismissive, so it made me doubt the service quality a lot. I ended up deciding not to buy the product.
Bought a filter, didn't work
So, I bought this filter thing and it was, like, completely broken. So, I had to go and get another one from a different company ‘cause I couldn’t use the one I got here. I even emailed them about it, but they never got back to me. Now I’m stuck without clean water in the house. It’s just so frustrating and ridiculous!
Water filtration system purchase
I just bought a water filtration system and had some problems with the customer service. It was my second time reaching out about an order that was supposed to be delivered. Aquasana didn't seem to have any info about my order even though it was already charged to my account. I had to show them proof from my bank records that the order was placed. The customer service folks on the phone were rude and gave me wrong info. I've been a customer for 12 years, but this whole thing has really let me down. I won't be buying from them again.
Shower filter recurring issues
I'm a loyal customer of this company for a while now and have had a bunch of issues with the shower filters I've bought. Five times, the filters cracked and sprayed water everywhere, making a big mess. Parts have cracked too, causing leaks. The shower head often gets clogged with carbon which comes out during use. Even though they said the products were under warranty with no questions asked, I was asked to send pictures and pay for shipping for replacements recently. It's been a pain and a waste of time and money. The drop in quality is disappointing, especially after being a customer for so long. I'll have to try other companies for better products.
lime build up problem
So, eh, we totally bought this filter thingy in 2016 because the company said it would get rid of the lime build up in our water. But, you know what? It didn't work at all! Now we had to spend a crazy amount of money to replace our hot water heater that was all clogged up with calcium. Not worth it at all. So mad, eh!
Whole house water system purchase
I recently bought a whole house water system and at first, everything was great. But then I noticed the water was cloudy and the filter had black stuff in it. I got worried about the water quality, so I called customer service for help. Sadly, they took a long time to get back to me and when they did, they asked for pictures of the problem. I sent the pictures right away, but I never heard back. When I followed up, I got a confusing email that didn't help at all. I'm really frustrated with the lack of support from the customer service team. It's disappointing to have such a bad experience, especially when the product has a 5-year warranty. I wouldn't recommend buying this water system based on my experience with the customer service.
Water filter
Hey, so I picked up this water filter and it was alright, nothing too special. But then I decided to write a review about it. You won't believe what happened next - the company actually responded! However, when my daughter reached out to them, they weren't really interested in resolving the issue. It seemed like they were more concerned about their image than actually helping customers. Pretty disappointing, eh?
Faucet water filter purchase
I recently bought a water filter for my faucet from this company and had a big problem with it. Once I put it in, it started leaking right away and flooded my basement. I got in touch with the company for help and tried to file a claim for the damage, but they haven't gotten back to me. The parts of the filter look weak and not sturdy, which is really frustrating.
Water system purchase for new home in Illinois
We recently bought a new house in Illinois and realized we couldn't drink the city water. It was a pain having to buy water cases for drinking and cooking all the time. But then we found this water system from a company that really changed our lives. The person we dealt with, who we'll call LuLu, knew their stuff and was super helpful. They explained everything about the system without pushing us to buy it. It was definitely worth the cost and has totally improved our lives.
Leaking under sink water filter
This under sink water filter is a total nightmare. It keeps leaking, ruining my kitchen cabinets and floor. I've had to replace it twice in only two years, which is just unacceptable. I really don't recommend buying anything from this company, their products are definitely not good quality.
Water filter subscription
This company is so frustrating to deal with, eh? They're super quick to pick up the phone when you're trying to buy something, but once you're a customer, good luck getting ahold of them. When I tried to cancel my water filter subscription, they made it so I had to call instead of doing it online. And to top it off, they wouldn't give me a free return shipping label for the product I needed to send back. I had to fork out my own money for shipping just to get my refund. Can you believe that?
Aquasana filter system
I've been a loyal customer for over 8 years, but recently I've noticed a drop in the quality of the filter system. The filter housing started leaking, which led to water seeping into my finished basement. The water flow from the filter is way too slow, not meeting acceptable standards. I've experienced several cases of overflow while using the filter because it just takes too long to fill a kettle. I've had to replace the system twice already because of these issues, and I don't want to risk any more flooding in my home. The cost of replacing the filters every year has gotten really high, coming to around $170. It's just not worth it anymore. I think it's time to consider switching to a more reliable and cost-effective filtration system.
Our under-sink water filter
We've been using our under-sink water filter for a few years now and it's been great, eh! The water tastes amazing and clean, and we don't have to buy bottled water anymore, which is good for the environment. Whenever we've needed help, the folks on the phone have been so friendly and helpful, eh!

The darn filter cartridges started leaking all over my kitchen, what a pain. I called Customer Service to complain and they were no help at all. They just said that the cartridges sometimes go bad, which didn't sit well with me. I didn't even buy the 2 stage system from them originally, but now I have to depend on them for replacement parts. It's frustrating that Amazon doesn't have Aquasana replacement parts, so I'm stuck dealing with their mediocre service.
