Hey, so I picked up this water filter and it was alright, nothing too special. But then I decided to write a review about it. You won't believe what happened next - the company actually responded! However, when my daughter reached out to them, they weren't really interested in resolving the issue. It seemed like they were more concerned about their image than actually helping customers. Pretty disappointing, eh?

The platform was super easy to use and had lots of options for customizing my logo and branding. The templates looked really sleek and appealing, and I could tweak the design to make it perfect for my brand.

I just bought a few things from this online shop and they arrived in two separate packages. One of the packages got here no problem, but I've been having a hard time with the second one. It's been 18 days and still no sign of it. The store's shipping is a bit of a mess and I'm not happy with how things are going. From now on, I'll stick with Amazon instead of dealing with this hassle.

I ordered these really cute earrings from that shop, but they never showed up, boo. The person from customer service told me they got held up at customs and gave me a refund. I was so bummed out because I was really looking forward to those earrings, ugh.

I had a really bad experience with a gift card from this one place that wasn't accepted by another company. It was so annoying to deal with, especially since the two companies are connected somehow. I think that when a business gets bought out, they should take on the debts as well as the assets. The customer service person I talked to tried to clarify things, but I still think they should have handled it better.
