Laptop purchase
I got this laptop from the store, and it's been awesome. It's super fast, with clear graphics. The battery lasts a good amount of time, and it's slim and light. I've been using it for a bunch of projects and haven't had any problems, which really helps me get work done. I'd totally suggest this laptop to anyone who needs a reliable and top-notch device.

Rhino system purchase inquiry
I recently contacted someone to ask about the Rhino system and I wanted to get more details than what was on the website. Unfortunately, I spoke to two people who gave me different information, avoided answering my questions, and argued with me when I pointed out the inconsistencies. They were really rude and dismissive, so it made me doubt the service quality a lot. I ended up deciding not to buy the product.

You know what? This skincare brand is really something else. I decided to try out their Mirakle Cream after hearing so many good things about it, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The cream feels amazing on my skin - not too thick, not too thin, just right. After using it for a few weeks, I could see a big change in how my skin looked and felt. It was brighter, more hydrated, and people kept telling me how great my skin looked. I love that The Better Skin Co. uses clean ingredients, especially since I have sensitive skin. Online order; Bad experience internationally
I gotta tell ya, I had a really bad time ordering stuff online from this company for shipping abroad. I thought it would be cool to get my items sent to Spain, but boy was I in for a shock when they got turned away by Spanish customs. The company said they'd figure out what can and can't be sent to each country, but that clearly didn't happen. And to top it all off, it's been months and they still haven't given me my money back even though the stuff was sent back to them. It's just not right, ya know? They're not being professional at all and they're going back on their own rules. The total lack of communication and the way they don't seem to care about keeping customers happy is just really disappointing.

Streaming subscription
The stuff on this service is really good, they have lots of movies and TV shows to choose from. It's easy to find stuff with the interface, and the video quality is great. But sometimes, I've had problems with buffering and lag when I'm trying to watch something, which can be annoying. When it comes to customer service, it's a mixed bag - some reps are helpful, but others don't seem to know what's going on. The price is a bit high compared to other services, but there's a lot of content so it's worth it. They're pretty good at adding new episodes and movies regularly though. Overall, I like using this service, I just wish there were fewer technical issues and better support from customer service.

Perfume and creams
I bought some perfume and creams from the store on November 22nd, but it's been two weeks now and still no sign of my order. I'm really bummed out because I spent almost two hundred bucks on that stuff, and it seems like it's just vanished into thin air. I've always been a faithful customer here, so I'm pretty shocked by the lack of respect and communication about my order. Even though a tracking label was made, my package still hasn't been sent out, so I have no clue what's going on.
