makeup set
OMG, I got this makeup set and it was supposed to be amazing, but it turned out so bad for my skin. It got all dry and burnt! Like, seriously, my skin is usually super oily and it was fine before using this, but now it's all messed up. I saw on TikTok that other people had the same issue with the new formula too. My cheeks were all rough and burnt, it was so painful. I even tried the whole skincare routine and it just made things worse. Some girls on TikTok mentioned that Fat Water and Hydro Vizer were causing skin burns, and now I totally believe them. My skin isn't even sensitive, but it's all messed up now. Ugh, never using these products again!
Bought popular skin tint shade 3
I ordered shade 3 of the popular skin tint on the website and couldn't wait to give it a try. But then, I got a message a few hours later saying they were out of stock and had to cancel my order. I was a bit disappointed at first, but then I got a notification from PayPal about a refund in less than 24 hours. Plus, the company sent me an email really quickly after I made the payment. Even though I didn't get my hands on the product, I have to admit, I was pretty impressed with how fast they were with the refund and the communication was top-notch. So, all in all, I'd say it was a good experience.
Quick Service, Fast Delivery
The customer service I got from the agent I talked to was top-notch! Even though my item was broken, the agent fixed everything super quickly and got me a replacement in just 5 minutes. I was really impressed by how nice and efficient the agent was in dealing with my problem. And to top it off, my items arrived super fast - only took 4 days to get to my door! With all the delays in online orders these days, that was a pleasant surprise. Huge shoutout to both the Warehouse and Customer Service Team for doing such a great job!
Second purchase, International order
I wasn't sure about ordering again because of those reviews saying delivery was slow, but I thought, why not give it another shot? My first order took forever - 2 whole weeks! Plus, the website didn't even show where it was until it magically appeared at my door. But my second order was like night and day. The website kept me updated every step of the way, and I even got emails about the shipping progress. To my surprise, my package made it to me in just 7 days, super speedy for an international order.

The customer service at this beauty brand is just terrible, eh? It's like pulling teeth trying to reach someone on the phone, and even when you finally do, they don't offer any real solutions. Their email responses are pretty much useless, leaving you feeling frustrated and ignored. If you have any problems with your order, it looks like your only option is to go through the hassle of disputing charges with your bank. All in all, the poor communication and problem-solving skills make for a pretty disappointing experience for us customers, eh?

Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was terrible. Even though they were supposed to be available, I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I tried calling and waited on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer. I also tried the online chat, but waited a long time without a response. And even after sending an email, I still haven't heard back from them. I tried reaching out multiple times, but got the same lack of response every time. Overall, I was really disappointed with the service from this brand.

I recently bought some makeup products from this store and I gotta say, my experience wasn't great. Customer service was a letdown to start with. I ordered right before a sale, and when I asked if I could get the sale discount added to my order, they told me the sale had started the day before. Even though I had barely missed it, they wouldn't give me the discount. That rigid policy made me feel stressed and like they didn't care about me as a customer.

I tried contacting customer service for some help, but they never got back to me. The whole situation just left me feeling so frustrated and disappointed.
Eye cream, missing free gift
So, I recently bought some stuff from this one makeup brand and let me tell you, I was super disappointed. They were supposed to give me a free gift with my order (don't worry, I remembered to put in the code), but it was nowhere to be found. And don't even get me started on the eye cream I got - it was as thick as oatmeal! I twisted that tube like crazy, but not even a smidgen of product came out.
I tried contacting customer service for help and guess what? The rep I talked to, Graylyn, was the worst. She was not helpful at all and even kinda mean. She kept telling me to go on the website to return the stuff, even though I was clearly struggling. Come on, Graylyn, have a heart! I've been loyal to this brand for so long and spent so much money on their products, I expected way better service. This bad experience has me thinking twice about ever buying from them again.My order never arrived
I never got my order and the customer service isn't answering my emails or Instagram DMs. It's definitely a scam.
Eyeshadow palette and highlighter
So, I was all excited 'cause I got this wicked eyeshadow palette and highlighter, right? But then I noticed I accidentally ordered two of them. I phoned them up right quick to sort it out, but they told me to just wait for it to show up and then send it back for a refund. And get this, now they're saying I gotta pay for the return shipping! Ugh, so not cool.
ordered in November, tracking stopped, no response, opened case with PayPal
Oh my goodness, I placed my order back in November and it still hasn't budged since the 27th according to the tracking info! I've tried reaching out to them but no response at all. So frustrating! Had to go ahead and file a case with PayPal. Just really want my makeup goodies already!
3 gloss bombs
I bought 3 gloss bombs on November 23rd, but my package hasn't budged since December 4th according to the tracking info. When I reached out to customer service, they told me my package was lost. I'm pretty bummed out and annoyed, especially since it sounds like this isn't the first time this has happened with this company, as I've seen in other reviews. I won't be ordering from them again. I suggest checking out Sephora or other retailers instead - I ordered gloss bombs from Sephora last week and got them right away.
Lip Balm
I recently bought a lip balm online, but when it arrived, it was completely different than what I ordered. I reached out to the company right away, but they said I had to wait for the correct product to come and then send back the wrong one. When I finally got the replacement, it was not only still wrong, but it was cheaper than what I paid! On top of that, I had to pay a big shipping fee to return it, which was super annoying. It feels like they purposely make it hard for customers to return stuff. Overall, I was really let down by the service and I would suggest being careful when ordering from them.
Large beauty order
Ordered on December 7th, and it hasn't moved since the 10th. I'm so frustrated because I needed it by the 15th, and now I'm worried I won't get it in time for Christmas. The service is terrible, and the shipping is so slow compared to orders from Australia.
