Shop manual purchase
I needed a shop manual so I bought one online. But when I got it, I noticed the most important part was missing. I contacted customer service to get a refund, but they said no refunds. So annoying to pay for a full manual and only get half.

Recent product issue
I just called customer service about a problem with a Daisy product I bought. The service was amazing. The person I talked to was quick, understanding, and fixed the issue right away. I was really impressed by how professional and focused on customers the Daisy team was. They didn't waste time, they just sent me a replacement product right away. I definitely suggest Daisy for their awesome customer service and dedication to keeping customers happy.

New Yorker subscription
I'm pretty ticked off with the service I got after signing up for The New Yorker subscription back in December. I haven't gotten a single issue since then! The email I got confirming my subscription said it would be extended from February to March, but here we are in almost May. When I finally emailed about it, all I got was excuses about COVID-19 causing delays, and I wasn't happy about that. It took a whole 2 1/2 weeks after I left a review for the magazine to start showing up in my mailbox again.

3 gloss bombs
I bought 3 gloss bombs on November 23rd, but my package hasn't budged since December 4th according to the tracking info. When I reached out to customer service, they told me my package was lost. I'm pretty bummed out and annoyed, especially since it sounds like this isn't the first time this has happened with this company, as I've seen in other reviews. I won't be ordering from them again. I suggest checking out Sephora or other retailers instead - I ordered gloss bombs from Sephora last week and got them right away.

Suit purchase
My time in that store wasn't great, eh. The customer service was pretty disappointing, eh. The salespeople seemed like they didn't care and weren't very helpful, eh. I had to hunt down someone to help me find my suit size, and when I finally found someone, they seemed annoyed, eh. The prices were alright, but nothing special given the poor service. My purchase took longer to arrive than I was told, which was annoying, eh. All in all, I was let down by my experience and won't be going back, eh.

Clothing items
I'm really disappointed with the clothes I got from this company. The fabric was crap, the stitching was shoddy, and the items didn't look anything like the pictures online. It's clear that the good reviews are misleading because my experience matches the bad feedback from other customers. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company, it seems like a scam that should be shut down.
