I just bought some hardware from this store and I gotta say, their customer service was top-notch. Even though there was a little hiccup when I placed my order, which wasn't their fault at all, the staff went out of their way to fix things and make sure I was happy. I really appreciate their hard work and how they put customer satisfaction first. I'll definitely be going back to them next time I need hardware.

Biffi Boutique's website is really good, but their address processing could use some work. Their system doesn't work with American delivery companies, so I suggest going with the pick-up option to avoid any issues with getting your order delivered to you.

The waterproof mascara from this place is just terrible, eh. It smudges all over the place, no matter what I try. I thought I was being smart by getting the waterproof one, but it seems to be doing the opposite. The mascara always ends up under my eyes and on my eyelids, making me look messy and not so good, eh. I've tried different ways of putting it on and using setting sprays, but nothing seems to help. I wish I didn't spend my money on this product, eh.

I just used a caption service for a video project and boy was I disappointed with the whole thing. The service didn't follow the rules, and the customer service was not helpful at all. I paid a lot of money and all they did was add two punctuation marks to my video. When I asked for my money back, they wouldn't budge, so I had to take them to court. I'm in the middle of suing them now and reporting them to the right agency. I won't be using their service again and I suggest others stay away too.

I missed the 30-day deadline for labor coverage on fixing broken parts, so now the issues with the wheels, motor, and kickstand are still not fixed. They offered to replace the motor, but wouldn't cover any of the labor costs, which was really frustrating. I work full-time and didn't expect to spend so much time trying to fix these problems. I feel like the warranty restrictions weren't explained clearly. Even though I've had the bike since August, I've only been able to ride it for 2 hours because of all these ongoing issues.
