I recently bought some makeup products from this store and I gotta say, my experience wasn't great. Customer service was a letdown to start with. I ordered right before a sale, and when I asked if I could get the sale discount added to my order, they told me the sale had started the day before. Even though I had barely missed it, they wouldn't give me the discount. That rigid policy made me feel stressed and like they didn't care about me as a customer.

I just got this super cute Yae Miko Bunny cosplay from this store and it is so amazing! The fabric is really comfy and feels high quality, the fit is just right, and the accessories are so well done. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with it. Definitely gonna be ordering more cosplays from here in the future!

Just snagged some awesome gear from this place, eh? Got myself some pistols, slides, optics, uppers, lowers, and ammo - all top-notch quality, eh? No issues at all with any of my purchases, everything's been working great. Ordering is super simple and my stuff usually arrives in about a week, not too shabby. Recent bike purchase
I'm really disappointed with the bike I bought from your company recently. I did a lot of research and chose a model with great reviews, but I ran into a lot of problems. It took a long time and extra money to put the bike together, and I couldn't have done it without my mechanic boyfriend's help. Once it was assembled, the bike felt wobbly and made strange noises when I rode it. The customer service team was helpful, but it took a long time to sort everything out with lots of emails, videos, and assessments. I missed the 30-day deadline for labor coverage on fixing broken parts, so now the issues with the wheels, motor, and kickstand are still not fixed. They offered to replace the motor, but wouldn't cover any of the labor costs, which was really frustrating. I work full-time and didn't expect to spend so much time trying to fix these problems. I feel like the warranty restrictions weren't explained clearly. Even though I've had the bike since August, I've only been able to ride it for 2 hours because of all these ongoing issues.

Overspending on Promotional Discount
I bought something from this store with a promo code they gave me. But when I returned an item, they spread the $15 discount between everything I bought. So, when I took something back, I lost part of the discount even though I still spent over $50. Both the salesperson and the manager wouldn't help fix the problem, which was pretty disappointing.
