    Hinges for cabinet doors

    I just bought some hinges for my cabinet doors from this place, and I gotta tell you, I was let down. They were supposed to be brand new, but one of them is a real pain to open and close. It's messing up my access to stuff in my cabinet. I reckon it would be a good idea for the store to make sure their products work properly before sending them out. That way, people like me wouldn't end up with faulty items and feeling all annoyed.

    Mending plates purchase

    I had no trouble finding what I was looking for on the website for those mending plates I needed. The info given was good, but it would have been even better with a technical drawing for more clarity. The plates I got weren't as strong as I expected, so I had to figure out a different way to put things together. But that was on me, not the company. When I asked to return them, Harfington got back to me right away with a friendly email and took care of the refund quickly. Getting that kind of service makes me trust them, so I'll definitely think of them the next time I need a part.

    The display box I bought was the cheapest one I could find on the internet for its size. The case is really good quality, and I'm really happy with my purchase. Plus, I got a nice surprise with a glove and cloth for wiping to avoid fingerprints when putting it together and to keep it dust-free. The free shipping was also a nice bonus!

    Long delivery time from Chinese company

    I just ordered something from a company in Hong Kong and let me tell you, it was a bit of a nightmare getting it delivered. They used a Chinese transit company and it caused some serious delays. My package was held up in multiple airports for ages before finally getting to me. If you need your order in a hurry, I'd recommend checking out some other options.

    Large order for thread rods

    I recently bought a bunch of thread rods from this company. I decided to go with them because they said they could get the order to me pretty quick. Turns out, though, the stuff didn't show up until two weeks later than they said. That really stressed me out because I needed it for a project on a tight schedule. But I gotta give them credit, they were really sorry about the delay and got in touch with me right after their break. In the end, the stuff was in good shape and matched what I asked for. Lesson learned - things coming from far away can take longer, especially around holidays.

    I had a similar thing happen to me like another person who left a review. I had to contact the company about my order before I finally got it. After I wrote a review, the company got in touch with me and gave me an update on my order. I'm thankful for their response, but it would be nice if they kept us updated on shipping and gave us a tracking number to avoid more negative reviews down the road.

    Eh, so I had this problem with an online order, eh. I had to get in touch with customer service to fix it, eh. I messed up my order and had to reach out for help. The customer service agent I spoke with, Zoey, was super nice and understanding, eh. She not only fixed my problem, but also gave me a full refund and said I could keep the items as a gift, eh. I was totally blown away by how great the customer service was, eh.
