Customer service and shipping here always goes above and beyond. It really makes a difference. The sense of community when ordering from this place is so nice and friendly. I'm always amazed by how they take such great care with every order. Thanks for making me feel like a valued customer!

I recently bought a bunch of thread rods from this company. I decided to go with them because they said they could get the order to me pretty quick. Turns out, though, the stuff didn't show up until two weeks later than they said. That really stressed me out because I needed it for a project on a tight schedule. But I gotta give them credit, they were really sorry about the delay and got in touch with me right after their break. In the end, the stuff was in good shape and matched what I asked for. Lesson learned - things coming from far away can take longer, especially around holidays.
