I just sold some tickets on this site and it was kind of a rollercoaster. One batch of tickets sold super quickly and I got paid right on time. But then there was another set that cost more and it took forever to process. I reached out to customer service a bunch of times but kept getting wishy-washy answers. It was so annoying feeling like my cash was stuck in limbo, so I won't be using this site to sell again for sure.

My experience ordering from this place was a total letdown. It felt like it took forever and they seemed to be catering only to folks living in a different time zone or something.

She was so helpful and fixed my problem in no time, like within twenty minutes. Thanks to her speedy help, I saved my friend's birthday gift for her big 5-0. Overall, I'm really happy with the customer service I got and wouldn't think twice about telling others to check out this store. For sure, I'll be back as a customer again in the future.
