VPS purchase
The service's uptime is really good and the anti-DDoS protection works great. The support team is pretty quick, getting back to me within a day which is fine. But, I was really annoyed that I had to give them my identity papers before I could buy another VPS. I really care about my privacy and staying anonymous, so doing this extra step was irritating. It feels like they're not very flexible in this area, which is too bad. So, even though the service is decent, the strict identity check was a big negative for me.

Issue with hardware RAID setup
We ran into a problem with the hardware RAID that stopped us from getting at more than 100TB of important data. Even though we put in a ticket and gave more details, we didn't hear back for a whole day. Trying to get help through chat and phone calls didn't work out, so we're stuck without any support to fix the issue. This lack of help has really messed up our work and made us lose trust in the service provider.
Used server for many years
Customer service for billing is really bad, I wouldn't suggest it, if you have any pricing problems, you should talk to the sales team instead of making a ticket. Their prices are low but they don't treat their loyal customers fairly, they wouldn't lower the price even after we signed a contract. Thankfully, we haven't had any issues with their equipment or network connection, but the cost is definitely our biggest concern.
Hosting plan upgrade
I got an email from the company about upgrading my hosting plan. They said the new plan would have the free domains from my old one. But when I switched over, I realized the free domains were missing. I reached out to the support team, but their reply didn't help at all. They closed the ticket without fixing the problem. The link in their email to check the ticket didn't even work, which made things more frustrating.

I bought hosting from this company recently and I was really let down by the whole experience. The server worked fine, but the customer service was not good. This company is honestly the worst, eh. They don't even deserve a single star, but that's as low as I could go. It's just brutal. You gotta wait about a week for them to get back to you, which is ridiculous. Feels like there's only one guy, Victor, working in their support center. Best advice I can give is to steer clear of this company if you don't wanna waste your time and money. I made the mistake of paying for a whole year in advance, and now I'm stuck dealing with their awful service because they're super strict about refunds. I wouldn't even recommend this company to my worst enemy, to be honest.
