    Refund ticket experience

    My recent experience with the refund ticket process was pretty good overall. The customer service person I dealt with was really nice, polite, and helpful the whole time. But there are a couple of things that could be better to make things smoother for customers in the future. First of all, it took longer than I thought it would to get my refund processed. It actually took almost a whole month from when I asked for it to when I got the money back for the service. That was kind of annoying because I was hoping for a faster solution to the problem. Also, there were times when I didn't get emails letting me know about updates on my ticket. Not getting those emails meant I had to keep checking the ticket page all the time to see what was happening, and that was a pain. Finally, I had an issue where I asked for a refund for a server I bought by mistake on the same day. Even though I told them right away, I still got charged for 11 days because it took a week to get a response from the support team on what to do.

    I am so happy with the VPS services offered by this company. They explained all the different services and options in an easy to understand way, so I could pick the right one for me. Setting up my VPS was super easy, especially signing up without any headaches. They also had lots of helpful guides and tutorials that got me started quickly. Even though I didn't need support, the community seemed great and ready to help if I did. The control panel made managing everything really smooth and the pricing was really good, especially during their Black Friday deals. I am really happy with my VPS purchase overall.

    Ya know, sometimes when I need help with my cloud services, it's really tough 'cause there's different parts of the company that never seem to sync up. The support team takes forever to get back to me, which isn't great. But hey, on the bright side, the company is massive and has a solid network, so things usually run smoothly once they're up and running. Plus, I have the option to use different Linux stuff if I feel like it, which is pretty awesome.

    This company is honestly the worst, eh. They don't even deserve a single star, but that's as low as I could go. It's just brutal. You gotta wait about a week for them to get back to you, which is ridiculous. Feels like there's only one guy, Victor, working in their support center. Best advice I can give is to steer clear of this company if you don't wanna waste your time and money. I made the mistake of paying for a whole year in advance, and now I'm stuck dealing with their awful service because they're super strict about refunds. I wouldn't even recommend this company to my worst enemy, to be honest.
