I bought a concentrate pen from this company recently and I gotta say, I was pretty let down with the whole thing. The product wasn't all that great, it didn't work that well and the design was kinda lacking. The customer service was also not up to par, reps took forever to get back to me and weren't really that helpful. Plus, the price was pretty steep compared to other options out there. To top it off, my order took forever to arrive and I had to bug them multiple times to finally get it.

When I needed help resetting my password, the system didn't send me an email, which left me stuck. The support team took forever to get back to me and seemed like they didn't have enough people working. They need to fix this problem right away.

The product was exactly what I was expecting and I'm very satisfied. I'll definitely be coming back to buy from them again.
