Oh my goodness, we got this lab kit from a website and it said the wire mesh was ceramic, but turns out it has asbestos in it! Can you believe that? We've been breathing in asbestos fumes without even realizing! We tried to reach out to them to return it and get our money back, but they never responded! So disrespectful. Finally, they issued us a refund. It took them forever.

I'm really happy with the stainless steel burners I got for my trusty BeefMaster grill. I've been wanting to spruce up this grill ever since we brought it back from the UK, and these burners were the perfect starting point. Not only are they top-notch quality, but they were also very reasonably priced. And the cherry on top was the free shipping! These drawer slides are really strong and a lot cheaper than the ones that can't hold as much weight. The locks didn't really work for me, so I just removed them. They were super easy to put on and they're working great for what I needed them for.

I just bought a log trolley from this supplier. It came within a day and was well-packaged with all the parts needed to put it together. But when I started putting it together, I ran into a big problem. The trolley ended up being too wide at twelve inches when fully assembled, which doesn't work well with the ten-inch logs I usually use in my wood burner. To fix it, I had to weld on some 6mm stainless steel mesh to make it fit better with the logs. It worked out in the end, but it would've been nice if the trolley was made to fit standard logs in the first place. Just a simple adjustment to the axle length could've fixed the issue. Despite that hiccup, the trolley does the job well now after the changes I made.

I recently purchased an automatic commercial pizza press, but unfortunately it ended up ruining the dough instead of working properly. When I asked for a refund, it took two weeks of back and forth emails before they offered me only $89 back out of the $893 I paid. I am still waiting for the refund. I am now planning to contact my credit card company because I feel like I was misled by false advertising. If I could, I would give them 0 stars. The reviews I read online also seemed fake. In addition to the pizza press, I also bought a steel table, but the legs didn't fit and I had to make modifications to put it together. Overall, I am very disappointed with the quality of the products and would advise others to steer clear of them.

I just bought a water distiller for my house to make sure my drinking water is top-notch. But, darn it, after just a few months, I saw that the stainless steel container was all rusty on the inside. I reached out to customer service to see about getting my money back or a replacement, but all they offered was a lousy €25. I felt let down by their lack of care for selling a faulty product. So now, I'm stuck with a useless appliance and no real solution from the company. Lesson learned: I'll be more careful about where I shop from now on.
