Log Trolley Purchase
I just bought a log trolley from this supplier. It came within a day and was well-packaged with all the parts needed to put it together. But when I started putting it together, I ran into a big problem. The trolley ended up being too wide at twelve inches when fully assembled, which doesn't work well with the ten-inch logs I usually use in my wood burner. To fix it, I had to weld on some 6mm stainless steel mesh to make it fit better with the logs. It worked out in the end, but it would've been nice if the trolley was made to fit standard logs in the first place. Just a simple adjustment to the axle length could've fixed the issue. Despite that hiccup, the trolley does the job well now after the changes I made.
Electric jack hammer
I recently bought an electric jack hammer and let me tell you, I was really impressed. When I first got the product, I thought it was missing a motor replacement brush, but it turned out it had just fallen out of the plastic bag. After I figured out how to use it properly, I tried it out on some tough lava cap on my property. The jack hammer went through it easily, turning the solid rock into gravel in no time. I can't say how long it will last or how much maintenance it will need, but so far, it's been working really well. I'm happy with my purchase and how it was delivered.

Handrails Purchase
I just received my package from Lowes and it was a disaster! The brackets were all crooked, but the handrails were the ones that suffered the most. They're all scratched up and definitely need some love and care. Not cool at all, eh!

Oh my goodness, we got this lab kit from a website and it said the wire mesh was ceramic, but turns out it has asbestos in it! Can you believe that? We've been breathing in asbestos fumes without even realizing! We tried to reach out to them to return it and get our money back, but they never responded! So disrespectful. Finally, they issued us a refund. It took them forever.
Egg incubator purchase
Oh my gosh, this egg incubator is amazing! It arrived really fast and the quality is top-notch. It includes everything we need to hatch our eggs. The attachment for the standard soda bottle is so simple to use. They even included a small feeder and waterer for the new chicks to eat and drink without us having to bother them. Setting it up was a breeze and now we're eagerly anticipating the hatching of those adorable little chicks. How egg-citing!

The press worked fine for a couple of weeks,then it started pressing uneven patties Tried to have the problem fixed(replaced)I was basically just brushed off with excuses of what could be the problem (not to say"it could be the way the product was manufactured).Over a little thing like this I will not be buying anything else from VEVOR, a specially if they can't warranty a $150. item
Canopy Purchase
The canopy is really strong, but I was a bit worried about the stitching in the parts that get a lot of strain. Putting it together was simple and the instructions were easy to follow. The colors are so bright and I like how the design hides the tent legs. Even though there wasn't a pack-up bag included like in the picture, the customer service handled it quickly.
My big, heavy drawer slides
These drawer slides are really strong and a lot cheaper than the ones that can't hold as much weight. The locks didn't really work for me, so I just removed them. They were super easy to put on and they're working great for what I needed them for.
I got a set of 4 floaty thingies for our boat
So, yeah, I got these floaty thingies for our boat and one of them doesn't stay puffy, it leaks air from the seams. Pretty disappointing, you know? But then, customer service got in touch with me and fixed it all up! They were really nice about it, so now I'm totally cool with it. I'll definitely buy from them again. Thanks!

Pizza dough sheeter 3-15 inch
I recently purchased an automatic commercial pizza press, but unfortunately it ended up ruining the dough instead of working properly. When I asked for a refund, it took two weeks of back and forth emails before they offered me only $89 back out of the $893 I paid. I am still waiting for the refund. I am now planning to contact my credit card company because I feel like I was misled by false advertising. If I could, I would give them 0 stars. The reviews I read online also seemed fake. In addition to the pizza press, I also bought a steel table, but the legs didn't fit and I had to make modifications to put it together. Overall, I am very disappointed with the quality of the products and would advise others to steer clear of them.
Water distiller purchase
I just bought a water distiller for my house to make sure my drinking water is top-notch. But, darn it, after just a few months, I saw that the stainless steel container was all rusty on the inside. I reached out to customer service to see about getting my money back or a replacement, but all they offered was a lousy €25. I felt let down by their lack of care for selling a faulty product. So now, I'm stuck with a useless appliance and no real solution from the company. Lesson learned: I'll be more careful about where I shop from now on.

The stuff I got was exactly what I ordered and it was packed really well. It did take a bit longer to arrive than I thought, but the company kept me in the loop the whole time, which was good. Got a cool thing that was a bit scratched up
I recently received this item and it was awesome, but when I unboxed it, I noticed that it had scratches all over the paint. It still works perfectly fine, but it's really annoying to constantly see those scratches. I really wish whoever packed it had been more careful.
Auger purchase
I bought an auger online from this company on May 24th, and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with the service I've gotten. Even though they said in an email that my order would be shipped within 24 hours, it's now May 30th and the item still hasn't been shipped. The FedEx tracking info shows that the label was made 6 days ago, on the day I placed the order. I chatted with the company online twice to express my frustration and ask to cancel the order. The second time, they told me to "wait a few hours" for an email about canceling, but it's been over 12 hours and I haven't heard anything. This lack of follow-up and communication is not okay, I expect better from a company I support. I want a refund so I can shop somewhere else.
