Returns at Kohl's
Today was a real tough one dealing with the return policy at this store. Lately, it's been one thing after the other with bank accounts getting hacked and family members getting sick, so I was already feeling stressed out. But let me tell you, Linda from customer service was an absolute gem. She was so calm and kind, she even offered to pray for me and my family. Her kindness really touched my heart and brought some light into this dark month. Thank you so much, Linda.

I just randomly found this website and I'm so glad I did. They have such a great selection of hosiery with prices and styles to suit everyone. The delivery was super fast, packaging was good, and the service was amazing. I'll definitely be telling my friends about this site and will definitely be back to buy more.
Review about: Transunion
Issue with missing banking accounts on credit report
I've been with Transunion for a few years now, and I have to say, their service is a real joke. I've got two bank accounts that I've had for almost 7 years, and I've never missed a payment on either of them. But when I looked at my credit report on Transunion, I couldn't believe it - both those accounts were missing. How can a reputable credit bureau like Transunion mess up something so basic? It's unbelievable that they want people to trust their credit reports when they can't even get simple account info right.

Spa weekend booking
My partner and I were so excited for a nice relaxing weekend at what was supposed to be a Spa resort with a pool, sauna, and gym. But when we got there, everything was shut down for renovations until the end of April. The hotel said sorry and claimed they told the booking site, but the facilities were still being advertised. I got in touch with the company, had to show proof, and all they gave us was $23 as a way of making up for it. It was definitely a case of false advertising and the customer service was just awful. We're going to escalate this and try to sort it out.

Emergency room incident
My daughter took a tumble on our first day at the hotel. The staff acted fast, calling an ambulance and blocking off our room until we figured out our next move. I decided to stick around for another couple of days, and knowing our room was safe was a huge weight off my shoulders during the crisis. The staff were so caring and sympathetic, always checking in on my daughter and helping me out with taxi calls. Their kindness and support really meant a lot as I shuttled back and forth to the hospital, and their words of comfort made a tough situation a bit more bearable. I'm really thankful for the wonderful people at the hotel who put in that extra touch of humanity.

Gift for daughter without gift box
I bought a present for my daughter from this shop not long ago, and for the most part, I was pretty happy with it. The only thing that bummed me out a bit was that it didn't come in a fancy gift box with the store's name on it. I kinda thought that was something they'd throw in, being a high-end place and all. On the flip side, the delivery was crazy fast, which was a nice surprise. If they had an option to add on a gift box when you order online, I would've given them a perfect score. But, despite that little letdown, I'm still content with the whole experience and would be up for buying from them again.
