    Stay at a suffocating hotel

    I stayed at a hotel recently that really left me feeling out of breath. The room they called the 'sky room' felt more like a prison cell with no fresh air coming in from any windows. When the fire alarm sounded, I could feel how stuffy and cramped the room was without proper ventilation. And to add to the problems, the power outlets weren't working for two whole days until an electrician finally showed up. The staff wasn't helpful at all and didn't do anything to make my stay better, which made me feel even more stuck and frustrated. I suggest avoiding this place completely to save yourself the hassle.

    My recent stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. Even though the rooms were nice and staff was friendly, there were a bunch of problems that made it not so great. One big downer was that there was no breakfast like I thought there would be from what I read online. Instead, they just gave out a voucher for a café nearby, which was kind of unexpected. Also, the stairs were closed so we had to use the small elevators, which was a hassle. The scariest part was when the fire alarm went off two times, once really early in the morning, which caused a lot of unnecessary chaos. And the staff couldn't help me extend my stay, they told me to do it online because I booked through a different website. It was confusing and not very helpful. The worst part was they charged me twice for my stay even though I already paid before. I had to argue and get in touch with the third-party to get my money back. All these problems made my time there not very pleasant.

    Hotel reservation nightmare

    I had the worst experience trying to book a hotel room. I emailed to ask about my reservation, but they rudely replied that they had no record of it. Then, two days before I was supposed to check in, I magically received an email telling me to register. It was so confusing and disorganized!

    Stay from hell

    Don't let the nice staff at check-in fool you, because when things go wrong, you're left to fend for yourself. My sister had a medical emergency and even after asking for clean sheets, they never bothered to change them. And to make matters worse, on the last day, I discovered my side of the sheet had old urine stains that were hidden under the pillow. I wouldn't recommend the Kings Cross location unless you enjoy sleeping on unclean bedding.

    Website for booking doesn't work

    The website for booking is just not working. I don't know if this is on purpose, but it's been like this for so long. The staff either doesn't know or doesn't want to know. It's causing us to miss out on a bunch of bookings.

    Stay at a hotel

    My recent stay at the hotel was not good. When I got home, I saw that I had been bitten many times on my arms, legs, and back by bed bugs or dust mites. I contacted customer service over a week ago with pictures of the bites, but I haven't heard back from them. They have also been deleting my comments on social media and taking down my negative reviews. It's frustrating to see them not taking my concerns seriously and trying to hide the problem, especially when they probably know about it.

The rooms were not too expensive and super cozy and clean. I wish I had booked breakfast beforehand since I heard it's totally worth it. While waiting in the lobby, they even gave me a free cup of coffee, which was a nice touch. It really showed me their top-notch service and made my stay there stand out from other hotels, eh.

    Stayed at a hotel in downtown Toronto

    I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Toronto for a last-minute trip and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located near Union Station. I was greeted by friendly staff upon arrival and was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. My room, while windowless, was surprisingly cozy and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, free internet, and a large TV. The bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure. I opted for the continental breakfast for an additional fee and was not disappointed. The coffee was excellent and the sausages were exceptional. I also enjoyed fresh pastries and yogurt. The only downside was that the room was a bit too warm for my liking, but the air conditioning was quiet and effective. Overall, I paid a reasonable price for my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Toronto.

    Booking at Point.A Hotels

    Avoid this hotel chain at all costs! My stay at their hotel was a disaster. I thought I could have a good meal at their restaurant, but it was closed when I got there. The worst part? They didn't even mention this on their website! And they still charged me the same price, even though I couldn't have the breakfast they promised. When I complained, I found out there was no manager on a Sunday. What kind of hotel doesn't have a manager on a busy day? Book with another hotel chain to save yourself the trouble - this one is a rip-off.

    So yeah, I stayed at this hotel and honestly, it was not great. The room was really small and stuffy, plus, there wasn't even a window! How am I supposed to know what time it is without a window, you know? And the amenities were minimal, no pool or anything fun like that. And let me tell you, the price was way too high for what you actually get.

    Cramped room, unacceptable service

    The hotel room was so tiny, we could barely move around. The double bed was squished against the wall, making it a real struggle to get in and out. The mattress was all lumpy and uncomfortable, so we didn't get much sleep at all. We asked for extra pillows for our second night, but at first they said they didn't have any. Thankfully, another staff member came through and gave us the pillows without any trouble. It was so frustrating and not cool to get such inconsistent service.<br>And to top it off, the price we paid for the room was way too much, especially since breakfast wasn't even included. They didn't even have free tea or coffee, which just made us feel even more ripped off. The only good thing was that the hotel was in a good spot for our plans. But honestly, we couldn't wait to get out of there and forget about this letdown of an experience.

    Unpleasant stay

    The room was so small and cramped, there wasn't even a window and not enough room for any furniture, except for pull-down shelves. The fan was broken, making it feel even more tight and stifling. My daughter said it felt like a coffin, so we left right away and found another hotel to stay in. I won't be giving this hotel chain any more of my money, that room was the worst I've ever stayed in!

    Overpriced tiny hotel room

    The hotel room I stayed in was so tiny, and on top of that, they were charging a huge $225 per night. I used to stay at this hotel often for work, when the prices were much more reasonable and you could book a room for $75-$90. But now that the prices have gone way up, it's just not worth it anymore. It's just not right to have to pay so much for such a small room.

    Customer experience at the hotel

    Let me tell you about my experience at this hotel - total chaos! As soon as I walked in, it was obvious that nobody knew what they were doing. The staff were blaming each other, nobody owning up to the mess that was going on. My daughter was basically stuck in Glasgow, scrambling to find somewhere else to stay because they wouldn't let her in. Completely unacceptable! Don't they understand the risk they were putting her in? This whole thing smells like discrimination, and it's just terrible. Is this how they treat people who are paying? Shameful.

    During my recent hotel stay, I had some problems with the service. The reception staff was rude and not very helpful. Even when I talked to the duty manager, they didn't really listen to me. On the bright side, the rooms were mostly clean, but the shower wasn't great - there were pubic hairs left behind, which probably means it wasn't cleaned properly. Also, the toilet in the bar/breakfast area didn't have soap, which is a bit gross. I told the duty manager about it, but nothing was done quickly enough, which could be risky for everyone's health.

    Tried to book but got error & no refund

    So I tried to book a room at this place twice but got error messages and no confirmation. They said they would refund me within 24 hours but it's been 3 weeks now and still no refund! I even sent them emails asking about it but they just ignored me. Not cool, man.

    Corporate traveler review

    Hey there, just wanted to share that I've stayed at this place 4 times now. The rooms are a bit small, but they're always clean, comfortable, and priced just right. It's great for when I need to stay a few extra nights while traveling. I've been to fancy hotels and some not-so-great ones, but Point.A Hotels really hit the mark for me in terms of value and comfort. They're always my first choice. And the staff? Fantastic service every single time. I can't praise them enough.

    Small room with no windows, limited breakfast options

    The room and bathroom were so small, like, super cramped and feelin' all claustrophobic. No windows made it even more tight in there. The bed sheets were all stained, and the pillow smelled musty. And the breakfast choices were seriously limited, with eggs that were cold and overcooked.

    Claustrophobic nightmare

    That was a terrible experience! I booked 3 nights and I couldn't believe how they could call those tiny, dark basement rooms hotel rooms! There was no option to upgrade either. My vacation was almost ruined before it even began, the idea of spending 3 nights in a room that felt like a prison cell made my claustrophobia kick in. I couldn't stand the thought of spending even one night in that tiny space! Every night we had to sleep with the door wide open, and on our last night, we were woken up 3 times by a super loud siren alarm because there wasn't enough oxygen in the room, even with the door open. I'll never recommend this place to anyone. It totally ruined the vacation I had been so excited for!
