I just bought something online and never got an email to confirm it. It was really hard to keep track of my order and I couldn't even get a hold of customer service for help. Because of that, I accidentally paid for my order twice, and it was super annoying and disappointing.

I got myself an aluminum wallet not long ago and I gotta say, it's even better than I expected. The design is so sleek and the size is perfect for carrying a couple of cards and some cash. Even after using it for almost two years, the mechanics still work like a charm, which really shows how well it's made. The only problem I had was with the cash band tearing, probably because of the old silicon material. But when I reached out to customer service about it, they were super helpful. They replaced the band for free under warranty and fixed the problem without any trouble. Their customer service really impressed me and now I'm a loyal customer for sure. It's not often you find that kind of dedicated service these days.

That was a terrible experience! I booked 3 nights and I couldn't believe how they could call those tiny, dark basement rooms hotel rooms! There was no option to upgrade either. My vacation was almost ruined before it even began, the idea of spending 3 nights in a room that felt like a prison cell made my claustrophobia kick in. I couldn't stand the thought of spending even one night in that tiny space! Every night we had to sleep with the door wide open, and on our last night, we were woken up 3 times by a super loud siren alarm because there wasn't enough oxygen in the room, even with the door open. I'll never recommend this place to anyone. It totally ruined the vacation I had been so excited for!
