    Men's ski jacket

    Just bought a men's ski jacket from your store, and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with the quality. The first time my hubby wore it, the arm seam ripped. The fabric was so thin and delicate, and we were shocked that a well-known brand like yours would sell something so low-quality. We actually thought about returning it right when we got it because the fabric felt really cheap, but we decided to give the brand the benefit of the doubt. Turns out, we were let down.

    Sadly, dealing with this company was not the best experience. I tried to make an order, but it wasn't confirmed, so I ended up placing another one. However, both orders got processed, and I couldn't cancel one of them. Now I'm still waiting for a refund for the extra order. To top it off, the product I got wasn't what was advertised on the website. All in all, I was really let down by the whole situation and the lack of communication and customer service.

    I recently bought some outdoor gear and let me tell you, the stuff is amazing. But I've gotta say, the delivery service was not up to par. The company has fantastic customer service and the ordering process was easy. But why on earth do they use UPS for deliveries? UPS is a mess - they never ring the bell, they don't wait for you to answer, and they often leave packages at a nearby pick-up spot without telling you. Plus, the delivery always takes longer than expected. I shop online a lot and never had issues with other couriers, but UPS always lets me down. It's too bad that such a great company would ruin their reputation by teaming up with such a lousy courier.

    Ski boots out of warranty

    My time at this store getting help from customer service was honestly amazing. I had some ski boots that were way past their warranty, and I wasn't sure if I should bother bringing them in for repairs. But the staff were so helpful and really tried their best to find a solution for me. They were super patient and took the time to go through all the options with me. In the end, they were able to fix my boots for a really fair price. I was so impressed by how much they cared about making sure I was happy as a customer. I can't praise this store enough for their top-notch customer service.

    Rossignol BCX6 ski boots

    So, like, I got these boots for cross-country skiing, eh? They were all warm and comfy with that Thinsulate liner inside, which was totally awesome 'cause no blisters on my feet after wearing them. But, like, within a year and after only around 10-15 times using them on my ski trips, both boots started to fall apart at the front. The boots were cracking and the top part was pulling away from the sole. It was such a bummer, eh? 'Cause I've never had this happen with any of my other ski boots. Like, why did these have to be so poorly made, eh?

    I just bought some snowboard boots from this store, and let me tell you, I'm really not impressed with how things went down. The customer service was pretty disappointing, with the staff coming off as arrogant and not very helpful. They told me I'd get my order within a week, but it took a whopping 23 days to actually show up. And the whole time, all they kept saying was that they'd let me know when they had more info, leaving me in the dark and getting more and more frustrated. In the end, I just felt like I'd both wasted my money and my time on this purchase.

    Men's ski jacket

    As someone who loves skiing, I was super excited to get my hands on a high-end men's ski jacket from Rossignol. I decided to go for a French brand because I thought it would perform better, even though it was more expensive than my previous American jacket. The jacket arrived in November and at first, it was everything I expected - keeping me warm and equipped for skiing. But after just three days on the slopes and a little fall, the jacket got torn in two places. I was really disappointed with the quality, so I contacted Rossignol's customer service for help. Sadly, both Rossignol and the retailer refused to take any responsibility, saying the tears were just part of skiing and not their fault. I ended up with a brand new, expensive jacket that I couldn't use and no one willing to fix it. In the end, I wasn't happy with the product or the customer service I received. I learned my lesson - just because it's French doesn't mean it's top-notch quality or service.

    X-ium Skate Premium boots

    I recently had a problem with my X-ium Skate Premium boots from Rossignol, which are only two years old. I managed to lose a screw that holds the metal loop in the carbon strap tight. I tried contacting the national importer for help, but they didn't have any extra screws. I was pretty disappointed because these boots weren't cheap, and I expected better customer support when it comes to replacement parts. It's frustrating to not be able to use my expensive gear just because of a missing screw. I would really appreciate it if Rossignol could help me out by either providing a solution or at least guiding me on where to find the right screw for my boots.

    As someone who has been a loyal customer of this brand, I was really let down by my recent purchase of ski gear. Everything started off smoothly, with a discount code promised for my next buy. But when I tried to use the code, it didn't work. This kind of false advertising just didn't sit right with me, especially since I had higher expectations from this brand.

    When I contacted customer service for help, I was faced with unhelpful and rude replies. It became pretty obvious that they didn't care about fixing the problem or sticking to their promotions. This lack of honesty and customer service is just not okay.

    I recommend that people think twice before buying from this brand. The risk of being misled and let down is too high. I'm now thinking twice about supporting them and will look for ski gear elsewhere in the future.
