Ski boots out of warranty
My time at this store getting help from customer service was honestly amazing. I had some ski boots that were way past their warranty, and I wasn't sure if I should bother bringing them in for repairs. But the staff were so helpful and really tried their best to find a solution for me. They were super patient and took the time to go through all the options with me. In the end, they were able to fix my boots for a really fair price. I was so impressed by how much they cared about making sure I was happy as a customer. I can't praise this store enough for their top-notch customer service.
Ski and ski boots
I just got myself some new skis and ski boots from this store and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with the quality of their stuff. The boots especially are super light and comfy, which really makes my time on the slopes a lot more enjoyable. They might not be as cool as some of those newer brands out there, but they really focus on making top-notch gear instead of just flashy looks. Plus, their prices are totally reasonable for the quality you're getting. All in all, I'd definitely suggest checking out this brand if you're looking for some solid ski gear.
Ski gear
The ski gear I got from here is amazing, eh! I absolutely love it. The whole buying process was like a piece of cake, easy peasy lemon squeezy. The shipping time was decent, not lightning fast but not snail slow. Plus, I heard returns are a breeze, which is a bonus. All in all, I'm super happy with my ski gear and would definitely tell my buddies to check this place out.
Ski boots purchase
I just wanted to share how happy I am with the ski boots I bought recently. They're really good quality and look great. Ordering them was easy, and they arrived pretty quickly. Soft and comfy shoes
I got these shoes and oh my goodness, they are so soft and comfy! They fit like a dream and are crazy light. Wore 'em to school and my feet felt like they were floating on clouds. And get this, they showed up at my door even earlier than they promised!
Rossignol BCX6 ski boots
So, like, I got these boots for cross-country skiing, eh? They were all warm and comfy with that Thinsulate liner inside, which was totally awesome 'cause no blisters on my feet after wearing them. But, like, within a year and after only around 10-15 times using them on my ski trips, both boots started to fall apart at the front. The boots were cracking and the top part was pulling away from the sole. It was such a bummer, eh? 'Cause I've never had this happen with any of my other ski boots. Like, why did these have to be so poorly made, eh?
Ski jacket and pants
Thanks for the fast service on my latest order! Ordering was so easy and the customer service folks were really helpful when I had to return something. They even picked it up right from my house which was super convenient. And the refund came through real quick too. Thanks again!
Snowboard boots purchase
Honestly, I wasn't sure about getting snowboard boots from them 'cause there weren't many reviews. But I went for it, and man, I'm so happy I did! Ordering was easy, shipping was quick, and the boots are top quality. I definitely suggest checking them out!
Snowboard boots
I just bought some snowboard boots from this store, and let me tell you, I'm really not impressed with how things went down. The customer service was pretty disappointing, with the staff coming off as arrogant and not very helpful. They told me I'd get my order within a week, but it took a whopping 23 days to actually show up. And the whole time, all they kept saying was that they'd let me know when they had more info, leaving me in the dark and getting more and more frustrated. In the end, I just felt like I'd both wasted my money and my time on this purchase.
Two pairs of shoes ordered
I just bought two pairs of shoes from this store, eh? But when my order arrived, there was only one pair in the box, ay? I was pretty bummed out about it and had to reach out to customer service to get it sorted, you know? The person I talked to was really helpful and made sure I got the missing pair of shoes, thankfully. But still, it was a hassle for me, and I'm hoping they do better in the future to keep their customers happy, eh?
X-ium Skate Premium boots
I recently had a problem with my X-ium Skate Premium boots from Rossignol, which are only two years old. I managed to lose a screw that holds the metal loop in the carbon strap tight. I tried contacting the national importer for help, but they didn't have any extra screws. I was pretty disappointed because these boots weren't cheap, and I expected better customer support when it comes to replacement parts. It's frustrating to not be able to use my expensive gear just because of a missing screw. I would really appreciate it if Rossignol could help me out by either providing a solution or at least guiding me on where to find the right screw for my boots.
Limited edition boots
I recently bought a pair of these fancy limited edition boots from that store. But, when the boots arrived, I found out there was something wrong with the snaps. So, I reached out to the store and they told me they couldn't swap them out right there. Instead, they said I had to make a new order and send back the defective ones. I did what they said, sent back the faulty boots, hoping to get a new pair in return. But, turns out, my sister ended up with the same messed up boots when she ordered them later on. This shady stuff is just not cool and makes the store look bad.
Ski equipment
My experience with this company was an absolute disaster. I had such a hard time trying to make a payment on their website for 2 days because of all the errors, but I was finally able to place the order and pay on August 1st. The next day, I got a confirmation and a tracking number from DHL saying my express shipping would arrive by August 9. But on August 10, I got a call from DHL saying they were sending the package back to Rossignol. DHL and Rossignol both said they didn't know why. And since then, I haven't heard anything else. I've tried calling Rossignol multiple times, but all they say is that they'll let me know once they figure it out. I don't have my money or my stuff, and there's no clear answers or solutions in sight. The way they're handling this is just not right at all.
Pique-shirt
This plaid shirt is pretty good, eh, but like all the stuff from that country, it fits a bit small, you know? I'd suggest going up a size if you don't want to be disappointed. But even with that hiccup, I was happy with how good and stylish the shirt is. Just be ready to tweak your regular size when you order, eh.
