Career-focused coding courses
As a tech lover, I was so pumped to dive into the coding and IT world after the whole pandemic thing settled down. So, I started looking into Udacity and man, it was like hitting the jackpot with all the career-focused coding courses they offer. What really got me hooked was that Sebastian Thrun, the legend behind the team that won the DARPA Grand Challenge, was involved. His cool ideas on autonomous driving made me believe that Udacity had some killer tech and coding courses.

Unacceptable return experience
I had a pretty rough time with my Moosejaw purchase. I ordered two things at the end of January, but they didn't fit right when I got them. I sent them back the very next day, just like Moosejaw's policy said to do. But then I found out I wouldn't be getting a refund back on my card like I was told - instead, just store credit. Nobody even bothered to check if that was alright with me, which I thought was pretty rude and not very professional.

I gotta tell ya, the free IT education from this academy is seriously top-notch. The way they teach and the info they share is like nothing else. I'm grateful for all the hard work they put in to give students such great learning resources.

Canceling subscription
The customer service rep, Ivy, was super patient and on the ball when I had to cancel my subscription. Even though I didn't need the service anymore, Ivy went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. If I ever need it again, I'd for sure think about using their service.

Recent print orders, quick delivery, beautiful prints, excellent customer service
I ordered a bunch of prints not too long ago and man, they got here super fast. And let me tell ya, each one was just stunning. The colors were so vibrant and the quality was top of the line. I gotta say, the customer service was also on point. When I noticed a little issue with one of my prints, they were all over it, fixing it up without me having to jump through hoops.
