    Vrinda was super nice and really helped me out with fixing my payment issue. She was so patient and actually listened to all my concerns. I was totally clueless on how to pay for my order, but she really came through for me. She even took the extra step to make sure everything was sorted out. Thanks to her, everything's sorted out now!

    Subscription Refund

    Man, I'm really ticked off right now! I was sure I canceled my subscription, but turns out it didn't go through and now they won't give me my money back. I lost my job and really need that cash for groceries for my family, but all they say is, "Sorry, can't help you." What happened to 'the customer is always right'? I get that mistakes happen, but they're making me feel like I'm lying or something. It's like they don't give a darn about me. So now I'm just waiting around for my refund, while my kids need to eat, you know? This whole situation is just awful and they're not being any help at all. I'm definitely not going back after this disaster.

    Great product, disappointing sunblock

    I signed up for your service recently, and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with your main product. It's done wonders for my skin and I'm really happy with how everything's been going. But, I gotta be honest, I've got a big problem with your sunblock. It's just not working for me - it's tough to rub in, leaves a weird white film, and ends up all clumpy. I wouldn't recommend it at all, and I really hope you guys can do better with it in the future. Just wanted to share my thoughts after using it for a month.

    I've been using these skincare products for a while and I have noticed some good changes in my skin. However, I must say that the products don't seem to last until the next shipment. It seems like the company wants you to run out fast so you have to order more sooner. The "large" size isn't actually that large and the packaging is not the best. I've had some trouble getting the product out of the pumps, which can be really annoying.

    I've been getting skincare products from a subscription service for a long time now, tweaking the strength of the products to match what my skin needs. The people who help with the prescriptions know their stuff and are good at getting back to me, which I like. But there are some big drawbacks to the subscription process. It's a hassle to pause the shipments, because I have to manually change the delivery date every time I want to stop for a bit. When I needed to pause my subscription because of being pregnant, I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times over a few months and never got a response. That led to me getting charged extra and getting more products I didn't need, which was frustrating and annoying. In the end, I had to cancel my subscription and pay a fee to do it. The lack of flexibility in how the subscription works has got me thinking twice about signing up again in the future.

    As someone who's tried out this skincare treatment, I gotta say the products really work wonders. You can see a noticeable and impressive difference after using them. The customer service is also amazing, always there to help and make sure you're taken care of. The only thing I wish is that they offered bigger sizes for some products, especially the pimple patches.     The product is awesome, it totally works! It was super easy to set up and I've been enjoying the benefits since 2022. I like that the company is flexible when I need to postpone my shipment because of extra product. But it would be better if I could schedule my deliveries every 4 months instead of having to remember to delay it every time.

    Vegan retinol purchase

    Curology is amazing! Getting my vegan retinol from them was so easy. The team was really nice and helpful when I had to pause my subscription because I was moving. I'm excited to start using Curology again once I'm settled in my new place. I totally recommend it! The micellar water did sting my eyes a bit, but I was able to switch my subscription to just retinol without any issues. I've tried retinol from other brands, like d r u n k elephant, but nothing has worked as well as Curology for my dry, 50-something skin.
