Skincare solution
I'm really impressed with how quickly my skin has improved since using Curology products. It's only been a few weeks, and I can already see a difference. I just want to make it clear that my opinion is honest and not influenced by anything outside. I'm genuinely amazed at how well the products work.
Also, I had a small issue with a delivery, but the customer service rep helped me right away with no problem. The service was amazing, and I'm grateful for how quickly they took care of my problem. Curology is amazing! Getting my vegan retinol from them was so easy. The team was really nice and helpful when I had to pause my subscription because I was moving. I'm excited to start using Curology again once I'm settled in my new place. I totally recommend it! The micellar water did sting my eyes a bit, but I was able to switch my subscription to just retinol without any issues. I've tried retinol from other brands, like d r u n k elephant, but nothing has worked as well as Curology for my dry, 50-something skin.
Skincare product purchase
I gotta say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got from this company. In a time when everything is becoming more automated and less personal, it was a breath of fresh air to actually talk to a real person, Jamie. Jamie really knew their stuff, was super attentive, and handled everything in a really professional manner. Thanks to their knowledge about skincare products and personalized suggestions, I was able to find the perfect product for me. It was a smooth and seamless process all thanks to Jamie.
Life-changing skincare
I absolutely love this skincare company. I had terrible adult acne for so long, and nothing ever worked until I tried their products. I had tried everything from accutane to different birth control pills, but nothing made a difference until I started using their skincare line. My skin has never looked better, and I feel so much more confident now. I really have to give a big shoutout to the amazing team behind this company for finally giving me clear skin after all these years of trying.
Help with fixing payment issue
Vrinda was super nice and really helped me out with fixing my payment issue. She was so patient and actually listened to all my concerns. I was totally clueless on how to pay for my order, but she really came through for me. She even took the extra step to make sure everything was sorted out. Thanks to her, everything's sorted out now!
Pregnancy-safe formula replacement
I just found out I was pregnant right after getting my new bottle of personalized skincare stuff. I was a bit worried about using it while pregnant, so I reached out to my contact at Curology. She quickly told me to stop using the current formula and suggested a different one that was safe for pregnancy. I felt so relieved that my provider was looking out for me and giving me good advice.
Subscription cancellation issue
I had to cancel my subscription with the company because of personal stuff, and it was a bit of a hassle. But, I was actually impressed with how fast the team sorted everything out and fixed the problem for me. Their quick reply and helpful customer service made me feel like I might use their services again someday. I was happy with how they dealt with my issues and I thank them for being so professional.
Affordable skincare
I love how this skincare stuff isn't too pricey and I can customize it for my skin. My face has always been a bit of a disaster, but now it's starting to look better. The folks who assist with the skincare stuff are really friendly and helpful. I'd totally recommend it to my buddies because it's pretty great. Oh, and sometimes they throw in some freebies, which is pretty cool too!
Effective product, convenient setup
The product is awesome, it totally works! It was super easy to set up and I've been enjoying the benefits since 2022. I like that the company is flexible when I need to postpone my shipment because of extra product. But it would be better if I could schedule my deliveries every 4 months instead of having to remember to delay it every time.
Acne treatment
I've been using this acne treatment for a while now and it's really been working wonders for my skin. Even though I haven't been using it for too long, I can already see a big difference. My breakouts have gone down and my skin feels healthier overall. I'm loving the results so far!
Subscription mishap
I made a mistake with my subscription and it was getting sent to the wrong address, but the customer service rep was able to cancel the order and give me a refund. I'm grateful for their assistance in fixing my error.
Skincare stuff
I really like the cleanser they gave me, but some other products didn't work well with my skin. However, there are also some other products that were helpful and now my face is glowing! I'm giving it 3 stars because not every part was great, but I know a lot of people really like it. You should give it a try and see for yourself!
Skin stuff
Hey, so I bought this skin product and it totally messed up my skin with a bunch of reactions. But the people working there were super helpful and they fixed everything up for me. Big shoutout to Adam Sutherlin for being amazing at tech support!
