So, I had this product that ended up being a total flop. But guess what? The customer service team came in like heroes and saved the day. They knew their stuff, were super fast, and got me a replacement in no time. I just had to snap a pic of the broken product and bam - a new one was on its way. Gotta admit, the service I got was top-notch.

I ordered that matte liquid lipstick in "Mocha" but it hasn't shown up yet. The customer service team has been pretty useless in fixing this problem. I tried contacting them a bunch of times but they haven't given me a good solution. Their lack of communication and help has been super annoying and disappointing. I thought a company like this would have better service.

Don't bother spending your cash on this product, eh? I wish I had looked into it more before I bought it. Now I'm annoyed with this water flosser that doesn't even work properly. Make sure to check out all the bad reviews before you decide to buy it, eh?
