Electric toothbrush
This company is all about top-notch marketing but the product itself is kinda meh. The electric toothbrush does its job for a bit, but when it craps out, good luck getting any help. Feels like they just grab your money and bounce, leaving you with a useless toothbrush and a sour taste in your mouth. Stay clear of this place, trust me.
Sonic brush replacement
I had a little problem with my sonic brush from this company - it stopped working after just 3 months. But I gotta give credit to their amazing customer service. I shot them an email about the issue, and within an hour, they got back to me and said they'd send me a new brush. The next day, the replacement showed up and I was back to using it hassle-free. I was really impressed with how quickly and smoothly they dealt with my problem. Their customer service is top-notch, no complaints at all.
Whitening strips purchase
I was pretty let down by those whitening strips I got from that company. I followed the directions and used them twice, hoping to see a real change in my teeth. But, honestly, there was no difference at all. I was left feeling disappointed and annoyed that they didn't work. I wouldn't suggest these products to anyone who wants to actually whiten their teeth effectively.

Oh my goodness, I bought this fancy toothbrush thinking it would be amazing, but it ended up making my gums all red and sore. Plus, my teeth were still dirty! I was really looking forward to using it, but it was a major let down. It even caused plaque buildup and gave me bad breath, gross!

I bought a teeth whitening pen the other day, thinking it would give my smile a little boost. But, turns out it didn't live up to the hype in the ads. Even though my teeth aren't super yellow, I was still hoping for some kind of improvement. Sadly, after using it a bunch of times, I didn't see any change at all. It was really disappointing and frustrating dealing with this product.
Overhyped whitening strips
I was so excited to try the whitening strips from this company, especially after all the buzz on social media. But man, was I let down when I found out they only have 0.01% hydrogen peroxide. Total joke! The packaging looks fancy, but the actual product is a major disappointment. It's so deceiving to highlight hydrogen peroxide on the front without saying how weak it is. I feel like I got scammed and wasted my money on this.
Rose Gold Sonic Toothbrush
I just got the Rose Gold Sonic Toothbrush and so far, I'm pretty happy with how well it works. My teeth feel super clean after using it compared to a regular toothbrush. But, I did run into a problem where the brush head got stuck. I had a tough time taking it off and ended up messing up the rotating motor. I learned my lesson though - gotta rinse the head well after every use to avoid that happening again. Even with this hiccup, I'm optimistic that I can get it fixed and keep enjoying the benefits of this toothbrush.

I picked up these teeth whitening strips for guys and oh boy, I was really looking forward to trying them out! I thought they would make my teeth super white, but let me tell you, I was way off! The first couple of strips might have helped a bit, but the rest did absolutely nothing! I used the whitening toothpaste, floss, and followed all their instructions, but my teeth were still stained and gross. What a letdown, eh?

To be honest, I've had Oral B toothbrushes that lasted for years, so it's obvious that the quality of this product just doesn't measure up.

The electric toothbrush can't be charged with any other chargers and the whitening pen only lasted for 8 uses, hardly making a difference. This isn't very customer-friendly and seems like they're just trying to make us buy extra stuff we don't need. Plus, it's not good for the environment since it creates more waste.
Awesome whitening kit
Oh my goodness, I decided to try out this awesome new whitening kit because I was tired of my teeth looking all yellow and making me feel awkward. I used the toothpaste for 5 days and then the pen and strips for only 3 days, and wow, my teeth are noticeably whiter now! It's super easy to use, like a walk in the park. Plus, there was absolutely no pain or sensitivity at all! I am absolutely thrilled with the results, completely satisfied already. Thanks a bunch! ❤️❤️❤️
Defective purchase
Don't bother spending your cash on this product, eh? I wish I had looked into it more before I bought it. Now I'm annoyed with this water flosser that doesn't even work properly. Make sure to check out all the bad reviews before you decide to buy it, eh?
Toothpaste and Mouthwash
I've used this brand before and I really like their toothpaste and mouthwash. But, when I ordered directly from them recently, it was a total mess. I placed my order over a month ago and still haven't got it. I reached out to customer service after a few weeks and they said they would send it again. But it's been another week and still no shipping info or confirmation that they actually reordered the products. It's frustrating not knowing if I'll ever get my order. Despite thinking the products are good, I suggest not buying directly from this company.
Tooth stuff from that site
The tooth products are amazing but wow, the shipping is a disaster. I keep getting all these emails with different excuses about why my order hasn't shown up, but when I called the delivery company, they finally gave me the real story. It's happened more than once and it's really frustrating. The products are great, but the shipping problems are making me consider buying my tooth stuff from somewhere else.
