This company is all about top-notch marketing but the product itself is kinda meh. The electric toothbrush does its job for a bit, but when it craps out, good luck getting any help. Feels like they just grab your money and bounce, leaving you with a useless toothbrush and a sour taste in your mouth. Stay clear of this place, trust me.

I was pretty let down by those whitening strips I got from that company. I followed the directions and used them twice, hoping to see a real change in my teeth. But, honestly, there was no difference at all. I was left feeling disappointed and annoyed that they didn't work. I wouldn't suggest these products to anyone who wants to actually whiten their teeth effectively.

I bought a sonic toothbrush a few months back and now the base is already cracked, which is really disappointing and frustrating. I contacted customer service (Jessica) and got a pretty unhelpful response. To be honest, I've had Oral B toothbrushes that lasted for years, so it's obvious that the quality of this product just doesn't measure up.

The electric toothbrush can't be charged with any other chargers and the whitening pen only lasted for 8 uses, hardly making a difference. This isn't very customer-friendly and seems like they're just trying to make us buy extra stuff we don't need. Plus, it's not good for the environment since it creates more waste.
