Whitening toothpaste and water flosser.
I gotta say, I was pretty let down by that whitening toothpaste and water flosser from Spotlight Oral Care. I bought them back in March, but the toothpaste actually made my teeth feel super dry so I had to stop using it after just a week. The water flosser was working fine at first, but after about six weeks, the water tank got really hard to open and close, which was a huge pain. Plus, the battery started acting up, showing a low battery light even when it was fully charged. All in all, I was really disappointed with how these products worked.
Sonic toothbrush malfunction
My electric toothbrush acted up when I got back from my vacation. I was bummed out that it stopped working, but when I contacted customer service by email, I was really impressed by how fast they got back to me. A lady named Jessica took care of my problem and was super helpful. She even answered my emails after work hours and didn't stop until everything was fixed. I'm happy with the help I got and grateful for Jessica's hard work to make sure I was satisfied.
