Custom stamp purchase
I really needed a custom stamp for my business and found this website. I ordered one and couldn't wait for it to arrive. But the stamp I got was all wrong - not even close to what I asked for. When I contacted customer service, they were rude and not helpful at all. They didn't want to give me a refund or a new stamp, so now I'm stuck with a stamp I can't use. I won't be going back to this company again, that's for sure.

Great product, disappointing sunblock
I signed up for your service recently, and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with your main product. It's done wonders for my skin and I'm really happy with how everything's been going. But, I gotta be honest, I've got a big problem with your sunblock. It's just not working for me - it's tough to rub in, leaves a weird white film, and ends up all clumpy. I wouldn't recommend it at all, and I really hope you guys can do better with it in the future. Just wanted to share my thoughts after using it for a month.

Order for graduation gift
So, I ordered a graduation gift on a Friday afternoon, eh? The whole process was a total nightmare, let me tell you. They asked me to upload my i.d. and confirm my mailing address, which I did right away. But then, nothing was done with that info until Monday. I called a bunch of times and got different answers on when the item would be shipped. Finally, on my last call, they told me the item wasn't even in stock! It was so annoying dealing with all the back and forth and not getting a straight answer. I wasted so much time trying to buy from them, only to come out empty-handed, eh.

Seat covers purchase
I bought some seat covers from this store not too long ago. At first, I didn't get an email confirming my order when I placed it on March 21, 2021. But when I contacted customer service, they got back to me within a day and said I'd get a tracking number in about 6 days once the covers were made. They kept their promise and I actually got the tracking number in 5 days. The covers ended up arriving even earlier than expected on Monday, April 5th, just 2 weeks after I ordered them. I haven't put them on yet, but from a quick look, they seem to be pretty well-made with some good quality materials.

Recent gift purchase
I recently bought a gift from the store and found out later that it was the wrong size. I wanted to exchange it for a bigger size, but the store's return policy only allows exchanges within 14 days. I tried to explain the situation and even offered to show them my receipt, but they still refused to let me exchange the item. This kind of customer service is really disappointing, especially for a luxury brand. The whole buying experience was ruined by the store's lack of flexibility and understanding. I definitely won't be shopping there again.
