Seat covers purchase
I recently bought seat covers from this company and it was a huge letdown. I got the wrong item, and it was even torn when I received it. The customer service has not been great, just a bunch of emails offering a small discount and pushing me to buy another front seat cover. It seems like they are purposely trying to annoy customers into just taking whatever they give you. I recommend not buying anything from this company, especially since they don't provide a phone number for customer service help.

I ordered what I thought were leather car seat covers but they turned out to be plastic! The company won't even reply to my return requests and they only allow a small 7-day return window. Total scam!
Car seat cover purchase
I bought some car seat covers from this online store not too long ago, and I gotta tell you, I was really let down. When I got the covers, I saw right away that they weren't up to snuff and didn't match what was advertised on the website. On top of that, when I reached out to customer service about my issues, they were totally unresponsive. After doing some digging, I found out that this company has a bad track record of ignoring customer complaints. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from them.
Taps with LED light feature
I'm really disappointed with my experience with this company. I should have paid more attention to the warnings in the reviews before buying. I ordered some taps that cost me more than $350, including expedited shipping to get them quickly. However, the taps didn't arrive until way after the promised delivery date, and on top of that, I had to pay unexpected custom fees. And to make matters worse, the promised instructions were never sent, even after I asked multiple times. The LED light feature, which was one of the main reasons I bought these taps, doesn't work at all. I've tried reaching out for help several times but haven't gotten any response. Their customer service is terrible and I regret dealing with them.
Pink and black princess crown pattern car seat covers
I wasn't sure about ordering from this website at first since I've heard some mixed reviews. But when I went ahead and bought those pink and black princess crown patterned car seat covers, I was hoping for the best. Unfortunately, when I tried to check my order status, all I got was a blank screen. Frustrated, I reached out to customer service and my bank, but then, almost two weeks later, my items finally showed up. The seat covers look pretty good and decent quality, just like advertised. However, the lack of communication and transparency was a real annoyance that definitely needs some improvement.

I just bought some seat covers from this company and man, it took forever to get them! I placed my order back on May 2, 2020, but didn't actually get them until August 5th, 2020. Every time I asked the company what was up, all they said was to be patient because of COVID-19 slowing things down. I get it, there were some issues out of their control, but they could have kept me in the loop better, you know?

I recently bought some seat covers from this company and man, let me tell you, it was a complete disaster from the beginning to the end. The covers didn't come with the clips needed to fit them properly on my seats, and even after going back and forth with them through emails, they still haven't sent me the missing parts. And get this, the front covers didn't even fit my seats right. They said they would either send me the clips or give me a refund, but now their email address is invalid. I'm so fed up that I spent more than $300 on these seat covers just to deal with all this stress.

I bought some seat covers from this store not too long ago. At first, I didn't get an email confirming my order when I placed it on March 21, 2021. But when I contacted customer service, they got back to me within a day and said I'd get a tracking number in about 6 days once the covers were made. They kept their promise and I actually got the tracking number in 5 days. The covers ended up arriving even earlier than expected on Monday, April 5th, just 2 weeks after I ordered them. I haven't put them on yet, but from a quick look, they seem to be pretty well-made with some good quality materials.

I totally understand why everyone was so frustrated waiting for their things because it took forever, but when I finally received my custom car seat covers, I was thrilled! They are so adorable and made just for me. I did some research before purchasing them, and even though there are companies in the United States, their prices were outrageous, and the designs were dull. And let me tell you about those universal ones on Amazon - they never look good at all. So, if you have the patience, I highly recommend getting custom ones!

I just bought some floor mats from this company and they came way faster than I expected! Even though I saw some bad reviews online, I still took a chance and I'm so glad I did. These mats are top-notch quality and they look amazing in my car. I was kinda worried at first because of the negative comments, but I gotta say, my experience turned out to be really good.

I ordered some seat covers from this company not long ago, but I still haven't gotten them. I tried contacting customer service and even opened a case with PayPal, but nothing has been fixed yet. The tracking number they gave me was fake, and I can't get my $200 back.

I bought these leather seat covers from this site thinking they would fit perfectly on my car. Turns out, they didn't fit at all and weren't even made of real leather like they said. Blue and white faux leather seat covers for PT Cruiser
The way they've got seat covers on this site is unreal. I just got myself a set of blue and white faux leather seat covers for my PT Cruiser and man, am I ever stoked about it. They've got this sick 50's street rod custom upholstery vibe that really gives my car that extra somethin' somethin'. I was prepared to wait a bit based on what others were saying, but to my surprise, I got my order in only about 4 weeks, which ain't half bad considering how far it had to come. And let me tell you, those seat covers were exactly as they looked online, top-notch quality for sure.

Recently, with everything going on with COVID-19 in the States, I realized that when I was looking to buy things like curtains, car seats, and home decorations online, a certain website always showed up at the top of the search results. It was even above big US stores like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. You would think it's a local online store, but I found their tactics to be kinda sketchy. Even though they have tons of nice pictures, when I tried to reach out to them, I didn't hear back at all. That lack of communication made me wonder if they actually ship out the stuff or if what you get is totally different. It's worrying to think that a Chinese company like this might be using the whole COVID-19 situation in the States to do some internet scamming. Just be careful if you're thinking about buying from places like that.

I ordered car seat covers back in May, and now it's already July and still no sign of my order. I told them I'd take legal action, so they sent me some bogus tracking number and said my order would show up in 7-9 days. But surprise, surprise, it never did. I am so done with this nonsense. I'm gonna call up my bank and ask for a refund. This company is just not reliable, eh.
Doona set purchase
I recently bought a duvet set from this company and I was really happy with how good it was. It came pretty quickly and it's been holding up well on my bed. But, I did see some bad reviews so I get why some people are worried. I'm just hoping my good experience wasn't just a fluke, but shows that they really care about making good products.

I wasn't too sure about buying the seat covers after seeing some bad reviews, but I figured I'd give it a shot. I placed my order on Nov 16th and they showed up on Nov 24th, pretty quick for shipping. I was a bit anxious that my order wouldn't show up, or that it wouldn't be what I wanted, but it all worked out. The seat covers were just like they said they'd be, and I'm pleased with my purchase.

The seat covers I got were not what I was expecting. The dark blue trim doesn't go well with the turquoise stripe. I sent the company some photos as they asked, but now they're ignoring my emails asking about returning them. The seat covers cost $170, they're great quality but the colors don't match. I wanted to exchange them for the right ones, but now I don't want to deal with this company anymore. I asked for a refund but haven't heard back. So now I'm gonna keep sharing this bad review on all social media until they listen to me.
