Returns & RefundsI ordered what I thought were leather car seat covers but they turned out to be plastic! The company won't even reply to my return requests and they only allow a small 7-day return window. Total scam!

Returns & RefundsThe seat covers I got were not what I was expecting. The dark blue trim doesn't go well with the turquoise stripe. I sent the company some photos as they asked, but now they're ignoring my emails asking about returning them. The seat covers cost $170, they're great quality but the colors don't match. I wanted to exchange them for the right ones, but now I don't want to deal with this company anymore. I asked for a refund but haven't heard back. So now I'm gonna keep sharing this bad review on all social media until they listen to me.
