I bought some car seat covers from this online store not too long ago, and I gotta tell you, I was really let down. When I got the covers, I saw right away that they weren't up to snuff and didn't match what was advertised on the website. On top of that, when I reached out to customer service about my issues, they were totally unresponsive. After doing some digging, I found out that this company has a bad track record of ignoring customer complaints. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from them.

I wasn't sure about ordering from this website at first since I've heard some mixed reviews. But when I went ahead and bought those pink and black princess crown patterned car seat covers, I was hoping for the best. Unfortunately, when I tried to check my order status, all I got was a blank screen. Frustrated, I reached out to customer service and my bank, but then, almost two weeks later, my items finally showed up. The seat covers look pretty good and decent quality, just like advertised. However, the lack of communication and transparency was a real annoyance that definitely needs some improvement.

Recently, with everything going on with COVID-19 in the States, I realized that when I was looking to buy things like curtains, car seats, and home decorations online, a certain website always showed up at the top of the search results. It was even above big US stores like Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. You would think it's a local online store, but I found their tactics to be kinda sketchy. Even though they have tons of nice pictures, when I tried to reach out to them, I didn't hear back at all. That lack of communication made me wonder if they actually ship out the stuff or if what you get is totally different. It's worrying to think that a Chinese company like this might be using the whole COVID-19 situation in the States to do some internet scamming. Just be careful if you're thinking about buying from places like that.
