I'm really disappointed with my experience with this company. I should have paid more attention to the warnings in the reviews before buying. I ordered some taps that cost me more than $350, including expedited shipping to get them quickly. However, the taps didn't arrive until way after the promised delivery date, and on top of that, I had to pay unexpected custom fees. And to make matters worse, the promised instructions were never sent, even after I asked multiple times. The LED light feature, which was one of the main reasons I bought these taps, doesn't work at all. I've tried reaching out for help several times but haven't gotten any response. Their customer service is terrible and I regret dealing with them.

I just bought some seat covers from this company and man, it took forever to get them! I placed my order back on May 2, 2020, but didn't actually get them until August 5th, 2020. Every time I asked the company what was up, all they said was to be patient because of COVID-19 slowing things down. I get it, there were some issues out of their control, but they could have kept me in the loop better, you know?

I bought some seat covers from this store not too long ago. At first, I didn't get an email confirming my order when I placed it on March 21, 2021. But when I contacted customer service, they got back to me within a day and said I'd get a tracking number in about 6 days once the covers were made. They kept their promise and I actually got the tracking number in 5 days. The covers ended up arriving even earlier than expected on Monday, April 5th, just 2 weeks after I ordered them. I haven't put them on yet, but from a quick look, they seem to be pretty well-made with some good quality materials.

I bought some seat covers on January 27th, but it's been three months now and I still haven't gotten them. I've sent lots of emails and tried calling customer service, but I haven't got a straight answer about where my order is. I'm really frustrated with the poor communication and service from this company. It's not right to have to wait for three months with no solution or refund.

I ordered a car seat almost 2 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. I've tried emailing and calling them multiple times, but they never respond. Do not purchase from them! They are scammers!
