Shaper
At first, I was pretty unsure about getting a shaper because I've had some bad luck with shapers I've bought from stores and online before. But I figured, why not give it a shot? So, I started looking around on the website and found tons of choices. I liked that whenever I had a question or worry, the customer service team got back to me right away and really helped ease my mind. The customer service was top-notch, and now I'm looking forward to trying out some other stuff from the website.

Refund issue
I'm really upset about the customer service I got for my refund. I emailed them twice and haven't heard back yet, which is not cool. A company should respond to a customer's question within a reasonable timeframe, no matter how big they are. It's been weeks since I asked for a refund and I'm still waiting for it. This lack of efficiency and communication is just not okay nowadays.

Air and MiniAir+
I have some conflicting feelings about my experience with the Air and MiniAir+. The Air worked great right away and did a really good job. But the MiniAir+ was a letdown since it never worked properly out of the box. It seems like the company behind the MiniAir+ needs to improve their game to reach the same level of quality as the Air device.

My experience with this company has been really frustrating, eh. I bought a GFI course from them not long ago, but when I tried to do the test online, I ran into some technical problems, you know. I reached out to their customer service for help, but they weren't very helpful and just said I should do the test in person, which I couldn't do, eh. When I asked for a refund because of all this inconvenience, they said no way, leaving me without a certification, eh. I definitely recommend looking elsewhere for your training needs, because this company's lack of customer support and tech help is just not right, eh.

This company is such a disaster. The DNA test kit I bought was all wrong, using old science and dodgy methods. And they couldn't even handle my sample right. Plus, the customer service was brutal. They grab your money and then try to justify their lousy ways of doing business. I won't ever trust this company again.

I'm really not happy with the customer service here. We got a silk PJ set for couples as a wedding gift, but the sizes were completely wrong. Trying to swap them has been a total nightmare. It would be a lot more fair if they held onto those seats ahead of time and only overbooked the ones that could be refunded.
