Return issue
Terrible customer service, eh? My return got lost and they keep giving me the runaround and won't refund my purchase. I followed their return procedure through a third-party service, but they refuse to help. I can only communicate with them through email or chat, no direct contact with a real person. I really like their products, but I won't be ordering from them again after this. Update: finally got my refund, but they charged me a service fee, eh?
Jewelry purchase
I was really let down by the jewelry I bought from that store. The materials were not good quality and seemed cheap, especially for how much they were charging. The gold paint on the jewelry looked cheap and reminded me of something you'd see in a vending machine. Even though the pictures on their website looked nice, the actual products were a letdown. I recommend that others save their money and find better quality items somewhere else.
Disappointing return experience
I bought something from this company and had to send it back because it didn't fit. I had to pay for shipping back and forth, and then got slapped with extra border fees. It ended up costing me a bunch of extra cash. Definitely not worth it.
Cute clothes
Oh my goodness, I totally scored the cutest clothes from this store! They're totally my style and I feel amazing in them. I had a few issues with my order, but wow, the customer service was incredible! They replied to my emails super quickly and fixed everything right away. I got this dress for a fancy garden wedding and I felt like royalty in it, even though I'm only 12. Everyone complimented me on how cute it looked! The only thing is, if you need your stuff really fast, you might have to pay extra for speedy shipping, but it's all good. I'll definitely be getting more clothes from this store.

I just went shopping at this store and had an amazing experience with their customer service. The clothes they have are not only beautiful but also so comfy to wear. I love that they have great discounts, like sometimes 40% off everything in the store. It's quickly become my go-to place for all my clothing needs.
Top purchase
Haha, I ordered this top and it was like the worst quality ever! It was so tiny and looked like a little one made it at crafts. I'm wondering where it came from with such bad quality! But oh my gosh, the customer service was awesome! They were really nice and gave me a refund right away. So I guess it depends on what you get from them. I might order again if I find something super cute, but if I get more garbage like this top, I'm done!
Refund issue
I'm really upset about the customer service I got for my refund. I emailed them twice and haven't heard back yet, which is not cool. A company should respond to a customer's question within a reasonable timeframe, no matter how big they are. It's been weeks since I asked for a refund and I'm still waiting for it. This lack of efficiency and communication is just not okay nowadays.
First order excitement
When I got my first order, I was so excited! The clothes were super nice looking and I couldn't wait to try them on. But then I found out I sent it to the wrong address by accident, so frustrating! But when I reached out to customer service, they were super quick and helpful. Even though the package got messed up, they still gave me the discount from my first order and sent me new clothes that were just as stylish and valuable. I was really impressed by how professional they were and how far they went to make sure their customers were happy.
Large order disappointment
I was so excited to finally get my order from this company because I've been eyeing their products for a while. But then I got really frustrated when I realized that my package was missing. I contacted the company and the shipper, and found out that my package was never even sent out, even though I got a shipping notice and tracking info. The company didn't take responsibility for the mistake; instead, they blamed the shipping carrier. Eventually I got a refund for the items that weren't available, but I was shocked to see that they took out the shipping costs from my refund. My whole experience with this company was really disappointing and I'd suggest being careful if you order from them.
Shirt and leggings
Yeah, so I bought this shirt and leggings from the store, thinking they would be super cute, but they were totally disappointing. The shirt ended up shrinking after just one wash, and the leggings felt really uncomfortable. I tried wearing them again, but each time they just seemed to get even worse. Plus, they were pretty expensive, not worth it at all.
Dress and pants purchase
I recently bought a dress and a pair of pants from this company, and I really wanted to love their products. The clothes were so cute, and I was super happy with my first purchase. I even got some pants for my daughter. But then I found out they were too big, and I couldn't exchange them which was a bummer. I ended up spending more money to get the right size, and it cost me $100, which was a lot for me. And to top it off, after wearing the clothes just a couple of times, the pockets and seams started coming apart! I took good care of them, hand washing and hanging to dry, but the quality just wasn't good enough.
Return policy
I had a really bad experience with this company's return policy. When I wanted to return something, they surprised me by only giving me half of my money back. It really didn't sit well with me and I wouldn't suggest anyone to shop here.
Bird-themed purchase
I just bought this really cool bird-themed thing and I'm totally in love with it. The quality is so good, way better than I expected. The design is super unique and I always get compliments when I wear it. Thanks for having such awesome stuff!
Awesome clothes
The stuff I picked up was awesome! It was exactly what I was looking for and arrived super fast. The dress I got was a tad bit large, so I'll grab a smaller size next time, but it's adorable and really comfortable! I will definitely be shopping here again.
Trendy clothing with cute designs
The prices are really good, but honestly, the clothes aren't that great. It seems like they're made abroad on the cheap, which probably explains the low prices. Some things are awesome and I totally adore them, but others just seem to collect lint and pet hair like crazy, making them a pain to keep clean and wear. In general, the styles are cute, but the quality is just okay.
Boho clothes
Oh my goodness, this store has the most amazing customer service ever! I'm absolutely in love with it. I recently ordered some boho clothes and they are even better than I thought they'd be. I am so into the boho style and these pieces are a perfect addition to my wardrobe. Even my sister, who doesn't usually like boho clothes, now wants one of their jumpsuits. Can you believe it?
Description of shirt received
I just bought something from this company, but the shirt I got was not at all like what was described on the website. I tried to contact them about it, but they didn't seem to care much. The fabric was totally different from what it said, and the shirt was so see-through that I could read through it! The customer service person said that the fabric type was supposed to determine how the shirt is worn, even though it clearly said it could be worn by itself.
Recent clothing purchases
I gotta say, I've bought quite a few clothes from this online shop recently and I've been super happy with the quality every time. They really know how to pick out stylish and trendy pieces. Whenever I wear something I got from them, I always get compliments. Plus, the sizes are bang on and the packaging is so nice, it feels like I'm getting a special gift every time I order. And whenever I've had a question or issue, the customer service team has been really helpful and quick to respond. It's definitely made my shopping experience a lot better.
Late package, refund dissatisfaction
Just like everyone else, my package arrived late and I ended up having to ask for a refund after waiting for 3 and a half weeks. They did give me my money back, but I was kind of bummed that it didn't cover the duties and shipping fees. This whole thing left me feeling annoyed and now I'm not sure if I want to order from them in the future.
Long shipping time
The shipping time for my order was so long, eh. The tracking number they gave me seemed stuck because it didn't change for days. It seriously felt like my package was lost in some sort of limbo. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times to ask about my order, but all they gave me were generic responses that didn't help at all. I really hope they can at least give me a full refund for this super disappointing experience, eh.
