Computer malfunction issues
I bought a computer from this company recently, but it never worked properly right from the start. The customer service reps weren't much help in fixing the issue, and they only tried to address it when the warranty period was over. I'm really let down by the lack of responsibility and professionalism shown by this company.

I just made my first purchase on this online jewelry store, and let me tell you: I was super impressed with the whole experience. The deal I got was amazing, but what really blew me away was the top-notch customer service. So here's the deal - when I realized that one part of my order wouldn't make it in time for Christmas, I hopped on the live chat on the website to chat with their customer service team. This super cool rep named Samantha totally went above and beyond to help me out. She split my order into two shipments real quick, making sure that the stuff that was in stock would get there before Christmas, and the other stuff would come later. This way, at least I had something to give on the big day. But get this - Samantha also told me about this feature on the website where I could make a printable note with a picture of the delayed gift. Talk about going the extra mile! It seriously made me feel like a VIP customer. Big shoutout to Samantha and the whole team - they really know how to keep their customers happy.

Bespoke skincare routine
I first got interested in this brand because of its cool history and famous clients, thinking that their skincare routine tailored to me would fix my skin issues. But after using their stuff for a few weeks, I didn't notice any real changes in how my skin looked or felt. Plus, I thought they were charging a lot more money compared to other skincare brands out there, with no clear benefit to justify it. In the end, I was let down by how Erno Laszlo's products didn't do much for my skin and don't think I'll be buying from them again.

Oh my goodness, this store has the most amazing customer service ever! I'm absolutely in love with it. I recently ordered some boho clothes and they are even better than I thought they'd be. I am so into the boho style and these pieces are a perfect addition to my wardrobe. Even my sister, who doesn't usually like boho clothes, now wants one of their jumpsuits. Can you believe it?

Priority Pass lounge access
My time at the Priority Pass lounge was pretty good. The people at the entrance were nice and everything went smoothly. But it was really crowded inside and the staff kept changing, so they didn't know when my flight was boarding. It made me rush at the last minute to catch it.
