First-time customer
I just made my first purchase on this online jewelry store, and let me tell you: I was super impressed with the whole experience. The deal I got was amazing, but what really blew me away was the top-notch customer service. So here's the deal - when I realized that one part of my order wouldn't make it in time for Christmas, I hopped on the live chat on the website to chat with their customer service team. This super cool rep named Samantha totally went above and beyond to help me out. She split my order into two shipments real quick, making sure that the stuff that was in stock would get there before Christmas, and the other stuff would come later. This way, at least I had something to give on the big day. But get this - Samantha also told me about this feature on the website where I could make a printable note with a picture of the delayed gift. Talk about going the extra mile! It seriously made me feel like a VIP customer. Big shoutout to Samantha and the whole team - they really know how to keep their customers happy.

I've purchased a bunch of jewelry from this company - got some diamond earrings, a diamond necklace, a diamond nose ring, and most recently, a fancy new bridal set to upgrade for our anniversary. The stuff they sell is top-notch, and they've got a lot of options to pick from. Only hiccup was that one of the rings in the bridal set had cloudy stones, so I sent it back within the 60-day guarantee. They were quick to get back to me and asked if they could try fixing it up. I said sure, and when I got the rings back, I couldn't believe the difference. They looked so much better - like night and day. Vintage engagement ring with lab created diamond
I recently bought a vintage engagement ring that came with a lab-created diamond from this store. Let me tell you, the diamond was even more stunning and top-notch than I had anticipated. However, I was a bit bummed out that I had to actually reach out to the company to get an electronic copy of the International Gemological Institutes Diamond report. In my books, such a crucial document should have been included along with the ring without me having to ask for it separately. Despite this little hiccup, I am over the moon with the beauty and quality of the rock, which honestly looks even better than what was stated in the IGI report. I am head over heels with my ring and couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I recently bought a 2 Carat Diamond Tennis Necklace, 17 Inches. I ordered 5 items, but only got 1 delivered by Fedex in a little package. I tried calling but had to leave a voicemail. The chat person, Tammy, said they'd talk to the carrier and send a note to the production team. Days passed with no solution and I felt like the business was dishonest and sketchy. It seemed like all the good reviews were fake. After reaching out to multiple customer service reps, Paypal, and my credit card company, I finally got all my items. It's a relief to have everything now, but the whole process was frustrating and disappointing.
