I bought a diamond bracelet from this company for my mom's 75th birthday. But when the package came, the cute little purple bag was empty. I was so upset and annoyed. This was supposed to be a special present for my mom, who's never had diamonds before, so it was really disappointing.

I recently bought a 2 Carat Diamond Tennis Necklace, 17 Inches. I ordered 5 items, but only got 1 delivered by Fedex in a little package. I tried calling but had to leave a voicemail. The chat person, Tammy, said they'd talk to the carrier and send a note to the production team. Days passed with no solution and I felt like the business was dishonest and sketchy. It seemed like all the good reviews were fake. After reaching out to multiple customer service reps, Paypal, and my credit card company, I finally got all my items. It's a relief to have everything now, but the whole process was frustrating and disappointing.

This was, like, totally the worst experience ever with buying stuff online. I ordered this piece of jewelry for Mother's Day and the website said it would for sure get there on time. And now what? They're saying it's showing up after Mother's Day. If I had known that before, there's no way I would have spent my cash. And don't even get me going about their whole "money-back" deal - you still gotta pay to send it back. What a joke.
