I've purchased a bunch of jewelry from this company - got some diamond earrings, a diamond necklace, a diamond nose ring, and most recently, a fancy new bridal set to upgrade for our anniversary. The stuff they sell is top-notch, and they've got a lot of options to pick from. Only hiccup was that one of the rings in the bridal set had cloudy stones, so I sent it back within the 60-day guarantee. They were quick to get back to me and asked if they could try fixing it up. I said sure, and when I got the rings back, I couldn't believe the difference. They looked so much better - like night and day. It was clear that SuperJeweler really cares about their quality and making sure customers are happy. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry and great service.

So, oh my goodness, I preordered this necklace, eh? And, like, I waited and waited for it to ship but it didn't! So, I waited even longer and it still didn't ship. Ugh, what a bummer. So, I asked for a refund but I'm still waiting for that refund. Like, seriously, what a bunch of crooks. I am never gonna order from them again, like, ever. Lesson totally learned, eh?
