    Hey folks, just wanted to give you a heads up about some shady stuff I've experienced with this company. I've been reaching out to their Customer Service for a few weeks now, and all I keep getting are those boring standard emails about their return policies. And guess what? Their return process is super slow, promising refunds within 2-4 weeks. Waiting a whole month for my money back? Not cool. To top it off, two of the items I bought arrived damaged, all sticky and gross. I sent everything back right away, and Ecco got the stuff back on January 5th. But since then, I haven't heard a peep from them - no response, no refund, nothing. It's beyond frustrating, and there's no way for me to speak to someone higher up about it. Seems like they're just sitting on my money and not caring about their customers' concerns. Because of their silence, I might have to get my credit card company involved to sort this mess out. The way they're handling this situation is sketchy and irresponsible, so I recommend you steer clear to save yourself from any headaches.

    Improper address entry

    I messed up and put in my old address for shipping, and I only realized it after checking on my order. So I contacted customer service right away, and they sorted out a new order with the correct address. Not only was the service super fast and easy, but the communication was top-notch. The people I talked to were really nice and helpful too.

    RV rental experience

    I just rented an RV through this platform and I gotta say, the whole process was easy peasy and felt super safe. When I needed to get in touch with customer service, the call back feature was a lifesaver. I also really liked how the security deposits made it easy for me to get back some cash for any little damages. But, I did run into some issues with insurance coverage in Canada. A few reps didn't seem to know much about Canadian insurance policies and kinda struggled with handling Canadian claims quickly, which ended up dragging things out.

    Exciting draw, first winning draw, fast shipping

    I gotta say, I was super impressed with my whole experience with SNS. The process for ordering was actually kinda fun and fair, even though it was my first time winning. I really like how the company keeps things interesting for us customers. The order came really quickly and I was totally happy with how fast it was shipped.     Weekend Stay, No hot water

    Our weekend stay was not great because we had no hot water for our Sunday morning shower. It was a big letdown to find out that the water stayed cold no matter what we did with the controls. When we told the front desk about it, they just said that there wasn't enough hot water because there were too many guests. That explanation didn't cut it for us since we paid for a service we didn't get. This experience really turned us off the place and we won't be going back. We don't want any more surprises like this when we stay somewhere.

    Screen protector for a Samsung phone

    I bought a screen protector for my Samsung phone from this company, thinking it would be better quality than what I could find elsewhere online. But, to my disappointment, the screen protector broke after only one day of use, without even dropping my phone. I was hoping for better durability, especially for the price I paid. In the end, I was not happy with the product and would not suggest it to others.

    I tried signing up for text and email notifications from the pharmacy, but I had a big problem. The website kept sending the verification code to the wrong phone number, which was really frustrating. Even though I put in the right contact info, I didn't get any texts or emails from them. This lack of communication makes me wonder if I can rely on their services. I visit their stores often and I expect better service as a loyal customer.

    Purchased a handbag

    After reading those bad reviews, I wasn't too sure about buying that handbag. But when it arrived, I was actually pretty happy with it! It came in perfect shape thanks to some great packaging. It did take a bit longer than expected - about 2 weeks - but hey, I get that things are a bit crazy with the pandemic and Brexit going on. They kept me in the loop with email updates, which was nice. All in all, it turned out to be a good experience and I'd definitely think about shopping with them again down the road.
