    Rental experience since Fall 2019

    My experience with renting from Nuuly has been amazing, eh, since Fall 2019. The customer service is always great and they quickly fix any problems that come up. If something isn't quite right, they give you a new one for free or refund your money. I've never had any issues with the clothes being good quality, and there's so many different styles to choose from that I keep going back for more. Overall, Nuuly has gone above and beyond what I expected and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient and stylish rental service, eh.

    Love Nuuly!

    I've been using Nuuly for about 6 months now, eh, and it's just fantastic! The customer service folks are really friendly and always get back to me quickly. There's a ton of clothes to choose from, and they're always adding new and cool stuff. Sometimes they might not have exactly what I'm looking for, but there's always lots of other options available. I would definitely recommend Nuuly to all my friends, it's amazing, eh!

    Disappointing experience

    I used to really like this company for their great selection of clothes, but things changed when they hiked up their prices. Their stock got really limited, so I couldn't find stuff I wanted. And to top it off, they kept sending me random items instead of what I actually picked out. The customer service wasn't helpful either, they just gave me robotic replies and didn't fix the problems. It was so frustrating, I felt like they didn't care about me as a customer. Finally, I had enough when they tried sending me the wrong item even though the one I wanted was suddenly available again. I won't be shopping there again because of their lack of care and attention to detail.

    Item not found on other rental service

    I decided to give this service a try since I couldn't find what I needed anywhere else, but it was a complete disaster. You can only contact them through chat, no actual person to talk to! When I tried to update my address or delivery time, they were useless. There's no way to upgrade for next day delivery either. Other services let you pick the date you want it by, but they just redirected me to UPS who couldn't do anything either. It seems like my item won't arrive on time and I have no idea what to do. I'll definitely go back to using other rental services from now on.

    I just tried Nuuly for the first time by renting some clothes, and I gotta say, the whole experience was pretty fun. They had a great variety of trendy clothes to choose from, so I could try out different styles without having to buy them. The quality of the stuff I rented was top-notch, and I felt like I got my money's worth. But buying an item from Nuuly didn't go so well, which was a bit of a letdown.

    New customer experience

    I recently signed up for this clothing subscription service, and let me tell you, their customer support is seriously lacking. I had to ask twice to change my shipping address for my first order, and every time they just kept asking me if I wanted to change the order instead. It was so frustrating to go back and forth like that, and it took days to sort out a simple request. It's honestly just disappointing.

    I canceled my subscription and sent back my clothes, but I still got billed over $500 because they never made it to the post office! No one is helping me and I can't reach anyone at customer service. It's so frustrating!

    Customer service response times are brutal. I sent back my order on time to stop my subscription, but I still got charged. It took forever to get a hold of someone, and when I finally did, they were rude and brushed off my issue. I have evidence that shows I shouldn't have been charged, but they didn't listen to me. This lack of responsibility and bad communication is really ticking me off.

    Misleading advertisement

    The Nuuly subscription says you get a whole month of renting items, but tbh you really only get about 20-25 days to use them before you gotta return them. It's pretty misleading and could mess up your wardrobe plans. So yeah, just be careful if you're thinking about signing up for it.

    So, like, I used to be super pumped to get my Nuuly box every month cause it was always full of rad clothes, some of 'em still had the tags on and everything. But then, last December, my box was a total disaster. The clothes were all old and wrinkled, some were even falling apart! I sent it back and now they're saying I didn't return everything - what a joke! On top of that, they tried charging me three times for the same stuff, and even for the subscription I had paused! I used to think Nuuly was awesome, but now I'm kinda bummed out about it.

    Damaged and dirty clothing

    I got my first order from Nuuly and I was so let down by the clothes. They were all messed up - ripped, stained, dirty, you name it. They had black marks, stretched out fabric, deodorant stains, and even human hairs on them. I got these outfits for some big events and now I have nothing to wear. When I reached out to customer service, they gave me two terrible choices - keep the messed up clothes or send it all back. Neither option works for me. If I send it back for a new box, most of the stuff I wanted is already gone, so I can't reorder them. Plus, who knows if the new items will be any better. The customer service person I talked to was also super rude and not helpful at all, making the whole thing even worse. This was supposed to be a fun and easy way to shop but it turned into a complete disaster.

    Good selection, slow response

    My experience with Nuuly has been a bit of a rollercoaster. The first month was great - fast shipping, items in perfect condition, and even a bonus find with tags still on. But this month, things went downhill. My package disappeared with UPS and it took forever for a customer service rep to finally get back to me. However, once we connected, she was fair and quick in giving me a refund and even added an extra item for my next order as a nice gesture. One thing that bugs me is the difference between the supposed month-long rental period and the actual return deadline, which cuts down the time I have to enjoy the clothes.

    One year experience at nuuly

    I've been a nuuly customer for about a year now and although I've had a few issues with my nuuly boxes, like the random substitutions and items I want being sold out, I have to say that their customer service team has always been really helpful. One time they thought I didn't return a shirt that I definitely did, but when I contacted them, they quickly gave me a refund for the item. I like that they always throw in a free bonus item in my next box when there's a random substitution, and their shipping is super fast. Overall, I think nuuly has a good product and a hardworking team, but I think they could do better by having more stock of popular items and improving their quality checks. Despite these small issues, I'm planning on continuing to use their service.

    Boho-inspired clothing

    I recently tried out a clothing rental service that claimed to offer a variety of styles, including boho-inspired clothing. Unfortunately, my experience with this service was not great. The clothes I got were not very good quality or stylish, and they didn't measure up to another popular rental service I've used in the past.     Petite size selection disappointment

    I was really looking forward to giving Nuuly a try because they have a good variety of petite sizes, but I ended up being pretty disappointed with my experience. The things I was interested in were always sold out, and I ended up receiving items that were not at all my style. On top of that, the clothes that did show up were all wrinkled and looked like they had been through a lot during shipping. Definitely not what I was hoping for in terms of quality.

    I gotta say, my time at Nuuly as a customer has been pretty frustrating. The billing system and return process have been a real headache. When I got my subscription boxes, I saw that I was charged for stuff I already sent back not once, but twice. I ended up paying over $100 for things I didn't even keep. It's crazy that the company's system messes up like this just because there's no barcode on the clothes or if they rush when scanning items. It's a big problem that needs fixing ASAP. I feel let down and honestly, kinda scammed. I'm gonna make sure people know about these issues before they sign up for Nuuly.
