Bookcase delivery
My experience with getting a bookcase delivered was so frustrating, eh. The first time they tried to drop it off, the truck broke down! Can you believe that? The second time it finally showed up, but the bookcase was all banged up. That was such a bummer, waiting so long for it only to be damaged. Overall, not impressed – seemed like they couldn't get their act together, pretty unreliable, if you ask me.

Online order cancellation and refund delay
I ordered something online recently and got a message from Selfridges saying they cancelled it. It really frustrated me, and it's been a whole month now and I still haven't got my money back. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but couldn't get through to anyone. I even asked for a call back, but that didn't work either. The whole experience dealing with Selfridges has been super awful and disappointing.
