Underwear purchase
I've been using this underwear service for a few years now and it has never let me down. I love the convenience of getting my boxers delivered right to my mailbox, it's so awesome. The packaging is always so fun to open, with new themes and designs available each month. And I really like that they keep certain designs around for a few months just in case you missed out on the limited edition the first time. I haven't had to deal with customer service because their website makes size exchanges super easy. Just send back the underwear you don't want with a note asking for the right size. I haven't had any problems with refunds or exchanges, but I can see how the different pricing for styles might confuse some customers. I like that I can skip a month and come back, which I've done a few times, but I always end up returning for a specific design. My tip is to watch for emails at the start or end of the month to avoid any surprise charges. Overall, I'm really happy with this service and would totally recommend it to others.
Soft and cozy loungewear
The customer service at MeUndies is really something special. Whether I'm shopping in-store or ordering online, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Even during this tough time of quarantine, they're still providing top-notch service through online chat. When my order got sent to the wrong address, they went out of their way to fix it and send it to the right place. Having a daughter who's immune suppressed, their understanding and quick action meant a lot to me. It's nice to see that they take customer service seriously, even when things get tough. Underwear subscription
I've been a fan of this company for years, ever since they started out. Their fabric is so soft and comfy, and they offer a ton of cool patterns to pick from. I've got quite the collection of their undies now, and I've even given them as gifts to my buddies and got matching sets for my partner. Every now and then I've had a pair with some seams issues, but most of them have been spot on. I figure a couple duds out of a bunch is no big deal, and I've learned that getting the right size is key for making them last. I've had no problems pausing and starting back up my subscription, so it's been a stress-free process all around.
Briefs purchase, high quality material
I recently bought a pair of briefs from this company and let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the material they used. Even though I accidentally ordered the wrong style, I gotta say, these briefs are super comfy. The website was easy to use and returning them was quick and easy too. The only downside was that it took a looong time for my order to arrive - like, three months long. Just to give some context, I live in Canada and ordered these during the early days of COVID-19. I think if you're in the US, you'd probably get your stuff a lot quicker. But for us Canadians, that wait might not be worth it.
Variety of underwear, socks, and swimsuits
I've bought a bunch of underwear, socks, and swimsuits from this store for me, my wife, and our teenager. The matching choices are amazing, with lots of patterns and styles to pick from. The quality is top-notch and the company backs up their products. I'd say these are like high-end undies but the prices are good compared to other brands. I really like the materials they offer, modal is super soft, but the new air products are the comfiest.

I just got a mystery pack of 10 pairs of undies and let me tell ya, I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to buy them on their site. Luckily, I was able to chat with a super helpful customer service rep who really went above and beyond. They were so nice, knew their stuff, and made sure I was taken care of. After our chat, I got a survey where I could give feedback on the rep and even send them a little gift card. I gotta say, I felt like a valued customer, eh? Despite the rocky start, I'm super happy with my undies and the sweet deal I got on Black Friday. Cheers to good customer service, eh?
Quality products and customer service
I just bought some really great stuff from this company and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed. The stuff I got was top quality and the customer service was amazing. I had a little problem with some of my order and the person I talked to was so understanding and helpful. They fixed everything quickly and made sure I was totally happy with my purchase. I've liked this company for a while now, but the outstanding service I got this time has definitely made me a loyal fan. I'll keep supporting them and telling others to do the same.
Monthly subscription, favorite podcasts
I've been a loyal subscriber for over a year now, eh, and I gotta say, I absolutely refuse to wear any other underwear than the ones I get from this subscription service, eh. The quality of these undies is top-notch, the designs are fun and vibrant, and the comfort level is just unmatched, eh. I love that they support some of my favorite podcasts, it's like a bonus for being a customer. Ever since I signed up, I've been slowly replacing all my old undies with these ones, and I couldn't be happier, eh.
Repeated customer, black color, durability
I've been buying from this brand for years now, and I always go for the black ones. These underwear are seriously durable - they last me about 2 years of weekly washings. Ever since I found these comfy undies, I haven't even thought about trying any other brand. I can't comment on their subscription service, but as someone who buys them one at a time, I'm super happy with the quality.

Just got my order of super comfy underwear and I gotta say, I'm so impressed with how soft and cozy they are. The designs are so cute and my partner even got some too, they love them just as much. I can totally see myself buying more from this brand in the future.

My most recent buy from this company was actually pretty good. The customer service folks were quick to respond and very helpful. Although, I did notice a bit of inconsistency in the quality of the products in terms of materials and sizes.
Monthly underwear delivery
Eh, gotta say, I'm loving this monthly underwear delivery service. They always keep it fresh with a great selection of comfy undies. The material is so lightweight, silky, and soft, it's like a dream to wear. And they're right on time with the deliveries, usually showing up around the 3rd to 5th of the month, depending on when the 1st lands. Overall, I'm super happy with this service and would definitely suggest it to anyone else, eh.
