After our chat, I got a survey where I could give feedback on the rep and even send them a little gift card. I gotta say, I felt like a valued customer, eh? I haven't had to deal with customer service because their website makes size exchanges super easy. Just send back the underwear you don't want with a note asking for the right size. I haven't had any problems with refunds or exchanges, but I can see how the different pricing for styles might confuse some customers. I like that I can skip a month and come back, which I've done a few times, but I always end up returning for a specific design. My tip is to watch for emails at the start or end of the month to avoid any surprise charges. Overall, I'm really happy with this service and would totally recommend it to others.

My most recent buy from this company was actually pretty good. The customer service folks were quick to respond and very helpful. Although, I did notice a bit of inconsistency in the quality of the products in terms of materials and sizes.
