CheckoutI was pretty annoyed with the whole ordering process because there weren't many designs and sizes to choose from, making it seem like they really wanted you to sign up for a membership. I thought having a membership would mean you could reserve the cooler designs and sizes, but it didn't work out that way. Even though we snagged a new design quickly, they went and took it off our order after we had been waiting for a month. It was a letdown, that's for sure.
