Returns & RefundsMy experience with the yearly gift subscription from this company has been a real pain. I signed up for a one-year gift subscription, but after that time was up, they kept charging my credit card without asking. When I tried to cancel, they couldn't find my account info and just kept sending me to different departments. After a bunch of emails and calls, they said they cancelled it, but I kept getting charged. This shady business forced me to cancel my credit card altogether to stop these charges.
