Beaded bracelet disappointment
I bought a beaded bracelet from your store not too long ago, and I have to say I wasn't too happy with the size. The picture made me think the strings could be adjusted by pulling on them, but when I got the bracelet, the knot was tough and didn't move. The standard size was smaller than I thought, I couldn't even get it over 4 fingers! I was disappointed.
But on the bright side, I also got an ocean braided bracelet in a large size, and it fit perfectly! The quality was really good, and I was happy with it. I also got two anklets, and one of them matched the beaded bracelet so well that I wear them both as bracelets. Overall, I'm satisfied with the products from your store.Beach chair purchase
I bought a beach chair for my wife from you guys, hoping to support a good cause. Unfortunately, it broke after hardly using it. The plastic arm rest snapped in half and when I reached out to customer service, they said there are no replacement parts available. To make things worse, they wouldn't take the chair back since it's been more than a year since I bought it. It's really disappointing, especially since we only got to use it a few times because of the short beach season in Michigan. I tried to fix it myself, but the break is unfixable. Now I'm stuck with a chair that's almost new but not usable, and I have to throw it away - which goes against what you stand for.
Trash pick-up service
I totally get the whole idea of wanting to help clean up the oceans and all, eh? But seriously, I mentioned to them that asking for $20 was a bit much for doing less than a full hour of picking up garbage, and they didn't even include that in my review. It seems like all they care about is making money and not actually being genuine about caring for the environment, you know?
Awesome ocean-saving stuff
I ordered some really awesome ocean-saving stuff online. The delivery came really quickly, but they forgot one item. When I asked for it, they wanted a photo of what I received, which was kind of strange. I couldn't give a photo because I had already given everything away. It's been a whole month and I still haven't gotten a response, the missing item, or a refund. I'm definitely not going to donate to them again!
Bracelet Shipping Issue
I recently bought some bracelets online and although the bracelets themselves were nice, I had a big problem with the shipping. I chose express shipping, thinking I would get my order in 1-3 days as they said. But my bracelets actually took close to two weeks to arrive, which was a big pain because I bought them as a gift for someone overseas. When I reached out to customer service about getting a refund for the late shipping, they said no. Overall, I was pretty frustrated and let down by the whole thing. In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend paying extra for expedited shipping since it didn't work out for me like they said it would.
Multiple bracelets purchase
I bought a bunch of bracelets from this company, but one of them ended up breaking. So I contacted customer service, and they were really quick to send me a replacement. But then, the new bracelet broke too, at the knot-lock this time. When I got in touch with customer support again, they weren't as helpful. They said it had been more than a year since I bought it. They did offer to ship a new one for free if I wanted, but I was bummed that the bracelet didn't last longer.
Water bottle
I've been a customer of this company for a long time and I have to say, their products are always amazing. The water bottle I bought from them six years ago is still in perfect shape, which shows how great their products are. Also, the bracelets I got from them are top-notch quality and the shipping is always quick and efficient. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants eco-friendly products.
Family stocking stuffers
I really liked the 3 bracelets I bought as stocking stuffers for my family. They were not only great gifts, but they also made me feel good about helping the environment. My son and daughter-in-law didn't know about this product, so I was glad to show them something that supports sustainability.
Lava rock bracelets
I recently bought some lava rock bracelets from this company and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. The whole process was fast and smooth, my order came in just 10 days. The bracelets are really nice quality and adjustable, so they fit just right on anybody. What really makes this company stand out is their commitment to a great cause - cleaning up the oceans. I'm more than happy to support that, and getting a cool accessory in return is just the icing on the cake. I'll definitely be buying more bracelets from them this holiday season to give as gifts to my friends and family.
Bracelet and water bottle
I got a bracelet and water bottle from this company, eh. The bracelets were really cool and lasted a long time on my wrist. I've been using the water bottle since 2020, eh, and it's been great except for the lid. The wood on the lid rotted and when I tried to buy a new one, they wouldn't sell it separately. Why do they want me to buy a whole new bottle, eh? Shouldn't the goal be to reduce waste in landfills, eh? It's such a letdown that they prioritize money over being environmentally friendly.
Bracelets and water bottle
I've been a fan of this company's products for years and I've always been super impressed with the quality. The bracelets are perfect for gifts and the water bottle I bought recently totally blew me away. The cause they support is one I'm really passionate about, and I love that I can help clean up our oceans by purchasing their products. I definitely suggest their stuff to anyone who wants to do good for the environment while getting top-notch items in return.
Bracelet and T-shirt
I am so upset with the service I got from this company. The shipping was so slow, way slower than I thought it would be, especially around the holidays and earlier in the year. It was really annoying to have to wait so long for my order to come in.
Bracelets
I recently bought some bracelets and honestly, I was a bit worried at first because I heard some negative things. But turns out, they arrived pretty quickly, like within 6 days, and they look amazing! I even got an email letting me know they were shipped, and bam, the next day they were on my doorstep. They were easy to fit and I'm really into the designs. Fingers crossed they last a long time, but for now, no complaints from me!
Coral bracelet
I just bought a coral bracelet to help clean up the oceans and was really looking forward to it. But I messed up by ordering it from a third-party seller and now I wish I hadn't. The bracelet came all wrapped up in plastic, totally going against the whole eco-friendly idea. It was a letdown to see that the packaging didn't match the organization's values. From now on, I'll make sure to order straight from the website so I can be sure my purchase is actually making a difference.
Bracelet
So, I got this bracelet that's supposed to be all about saving the ocean or whatever, eh? But, honestly, I'm not so sure about it. Like, they claim to be recycling and all that jazz, but who really knows, right? Plus, the bracelet doesn't even look that impressive, to tell you the truth. I must admit, I'm a bit let down. But maybe I'm just being overly dramatic, you know?
Proud supporter of an environmentally-conscious brand
I'm really impressed by how this company does business. The more I learn about what they're all about, the more proud I am of choosing to support them. It feels good to be able to do my part in cleaning up the planet from plastics by buying their stuff. The birthday gift I got for myself from them was a hit, and I'm looking forward to telling more people about the good work they're doing.
Environmental conservation bracelets
I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how careful they are with where my money goes after buying their products. A big chunk of it goes towards cleaning up plastic and other environmental projects, while the rest of it helps out the employees in Bali who make the bracelets and do clean-up work. It's so nice to see them being so open about how they're using my cash. And the fact that the owners only take home $50,000 a year really says something about how much they believe in their cause. I'm proud to support a company that not only looks out for the environment but also creates jobs in a place like Bali.
Purchase options from UK retailers
I was thinking about getting some stuff from UK stores instead of the US to save on those pricey customs fees. And you know what? It was a smart move! I got in touch with customer service and they gave me some good suggestions, like Paper Tiger and Soul Hippy. Now I can keep supporting my favourites without draining my wallet on extra charges. It's a win-win!
beautiful bracelet
As a customer, I'm really happy with the bracelet I bought recently. I wear it every day with pride, knowing it's more than just jewelry - it's a symbol of my commitment to keeping our oceans clean. The craftsmanship is top-notch and the design is classy yet understated. I applaud the organization that made this bracelet for their commitment to protecting our marine life. This bracelet reminds me to take action to help our planet for the next generations. I'm thankful for being able to support this important cause through my purchase.
My ocean-saving bracelet
So, ya know, I was all good with my bracelet at the beginning, eh? I could check it all out online and everything was fine. But then, they go and switch up their website, right? Now I can't even cancel my subscription, and on top of that, there's this ridiculous fee if it gets snagged in customs! Totally not cool, eh?
