Metal Heel Shoes
I just bought a pair of metal heel shoes from Casadei, but the metal heel got bent after only wearing them twice at home. I'm a size 12, so I'm not heavy, and that shouldn't have happened. When I reached out to customer service, they said they'd fix them, but also hinted that I might have to foot the bill for the repair. This whole thing has left me feeling let down and annoyed with the product quality and service.

Men's Composite Merino Active Tee
So hey, like, I bought this shirt that was pretty pricey, but I was really into the whole merino fabric and eco-friendly vibe that the store had going on. BUT, like, after washing it a few times, it's already looking kinda gross. It's all fuzzy and keeps sticking to everything in the dryer. I get that I accidentally tossed it in on the wrong setting, but I thought it was supposed to be super durable and all that. Can one wrong wash really mess it up like this?

Bracelets and water bottle
I've been a fan of this company's products for years and I've always been super impressed with the quality. The bracelets are perfect for gifts and the water bottle I bought recently totally blew me away. The cause they support is one I'm really passionate about, and I love that I can help clean up our oceans by purchasing their products. I definitely suggest their stuff to anyone who wants to do good for the environment while getting top-notch items in return.

VPN server selection issue
I ran into a problem with the VPN server selection because Seattle got taken off the list. Now I can only choose servers by country, not specific cities. Customer service helped me out by telling me to use the "all locations" tab, then pick the country and click on the drop-down arrow to see server locations. Problem solved! But I really hope they bring back Seattle soon so I can give them a perfect rating.

Online video hosting website
My time using that online video hosting site was a huge letdown. Even with other platforms on the decline, Vimeo just didn't cut it for me. The customer service was pretty meh, no real help and those automated bots were the main way to reach out. On top of that, I got hit with surprise monthly fees after signing up, and had a tough time trying to delete my account. All in all, I wouldn't suggest Vimeo as a YouTube replacement.

Leggings
I gotta say, I bought these leggings recently and they are amazing! So comfy to wear and they look so good on. The fabric feels really nice against my skin and they fit me so well. Plus, there are so many colours to choose from, which is awesome because I could find the perfect pair to match my style. But, I was kinda disappointed to find out that these leggings are actually made in Vietnam even though they're advertised as sustainable. It really bothers me when brands aren't being truthful about stuff like that.

Easter chocolate eggs for grandkids in France
I just bought some white and milk chocolate eggs from abroad for my grandkids in France. The whole purchase went really well, and the customer service was outstanding. They kept me updated on the delivery, and it showed up right on time for Easter Sunday. The chocolate was really high quality, and my grandkids really enjoyed them.
