Gerber Dime Multi-Tool purchase
I just bought a Gerber Dime Multi-Tool that supposedly has a great 25-year warranty. But, I ran into a problem with the spring and tried to get in touch with customer service for help. I sent emails and made calls, but got zero response. No one answered the phone, and it seemed like nobody was there to help. This lack of communication and support totally frustrated me and left me feeling unsatisfied with the whole situation.
Gerber products
I bought some Gerber stuff not too long ago, trying to expand my collection since I already have a few of their things. But man, I was let down by the customer service or lack thereof when I tried to call and ask about my order. It's just so annoying when a company is all about taking your money, but then drops the ball when you need help or have questions. This whole thing has really put me off and now I'm not sure if I'm gonna stick with this brand moving forward.
Gerber Multi-tool review
Initially, I wasn't sure about buying the Gerber Multi-tool with Bear Grylls' name on it, since I'm more of a Ray Mears fan. But after using it for about four months now, I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how well it works. It's sturdy, tough, and super handy for all sorts of stuff around the house. I'm always grabbing it on the weekends when I'm tackling my to-do list. The spring-loaded pliers are a game-changer for me, way more useful than my other Leatherman juice tool that doesn't have that feature. And having scissors and a Philips screwdriver on hand has come in handy more times than I can count.
High-quality multi-tool
I recently bought this really awesome multi-tool from this company, and let me tell you, I am super happy with it. The product arrived just like they said it would, and the quality is even better than I expected. This thing is tough, well-made, and works like a charm. I know it's gonna last me a long time. I can tell they put a lot of care and skill into making this tool, and I'm seriously impressed with it.
Small Multi-Tool Purchase
So, eh, I ordered this little multi-tool online because I thought it would be pretty cool to have. But then, like, I had a question about it and tried to send them an email, and it took SO long for them to respond. Ugh, having no customer service is just not cool, you know?
The Savvy Knife
I recently tried to buy The Savvy Knife during their big Father's Day sale and it was a huge letdown. The website showed a lower price, but when I added it to my cart, it went back to full price. I tried calling customer service, but they were closed. I sent an email and was told to still order, with a promise of a refund for the right amount. Instead of the refund, they sent me a 30% off code for a limited selection of products. This was not what I was told and I'm really let down. Gerber used to be a go-to for me, but after this, I won't be shopping with them anymore.
EDC Multi-tool
This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, eh. I reached out to them multiple times about an order that's been stuck in shipping status for weeks with no updates. Their responses are slow and unhelpful, and it feels like they're not taking my concerns seriously, you know? I even asked for a refund because of the delay, but they're ignoring me and not giving me any solution. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't value their customers or give proper support, eh. I won't be buying from them again.
Pocket knife purchase
It's kind of a bummer to see a company that used to be known for top-notch products and awesome customer service start to drop the ball. I bought a pocket knife from them recently, hoping for that same awesome experience I've had in the past, but I was let down. The knife wasn't great quality, and when I tried to get help from customer service, I got no response. It's sad to see a company treat its customers like that. I'd suggest checking out other places for your gear.
Tried to use a promo code for a purchase
So yeah, I was trying to use this awesome promo code on this website to make a purchase, but what a bummer - the website was being a pain and wouldn't let me pay with Apple Pay! I checked my account like twice and everything seemed fine. I've used Apple Pay before without any issues, so I was confused. I decided to shoot an email to their customer support to explain what happened and asked if they could give me a new promo code or shed some light on the payment problem. But you know what they did? They just sent back a response basically repeating what I already said in my email. They told me the code I used was already taken (well, obviously because it didn't work the first time!) and that the Apple Pay thing didn't go through. Yeah, I knew that already! They didn't really offer any help at all, just regurgitated what I wrote. Like seriously, do they think I'm clueless and can't remember what I told them? I think I'll check out a different store that actually values me as a customer, maybe one that has those cool Leatherman tools - those seem pretty awesome.
Knife purchase experience
I recently bought a knife from this company, but it wasn't what I had expected. I reached out to them right away to ask for a return and gave them all the info they needed. But it's been weeks now and I haven't heard anything back. I've sent a bunch of emails, but no response. Their lack of communication and customer service is really disappointing. Now I'm stuck with this pricey knife that I can't return. I'd suggest others think twice before buying from them. Their customer service seems to be pretty much non-existent. It's just too bad that a company would treat a loyal customer like this.
